    .. At super ganyan din ako sa una.. Nanuod sa U tube and di talaga lahat ilalahada sa u tube ang perfect na lasa... Try ko lang talag ng ilang beses din at nakuha ko din ang perfect na lasa... Same kay maam... Pure meat ako at konti lang din ang taba.. In fact naging family business na sana namin pero dahil sa ASF na apektuhan an paggawa ko... Sa totoo lang kita talaga sia.. Sa malalaking store ko n rin sia dinedliver... At tulad ni maam na try ko na din ng ilang kilos pisa ako sa 3klios... Sarap sa pakiramdam po with own business talaga... Sa ngaun.. Andito ako sa taiwan at isa ito sa pinaka gusto ko n balikan n negosyo... Ung magkaroon ng sariling gamit... At business capital..

    Tip ko lang kay Ms. Shaine, gamit sya ng ice scoop na exactly 50 grams ang masiksik na longganisa or pa customize sya ng stainless cup or even yung tin can ng beef loaf na may 50 grams content pwedeng panghulma para no need ng timbangin. Time is Money.

    At this scale of 50kg/day, dapat may curing salt/pink salt/prague salt na kayo. Marami kayong distributors and reseller, hindi ninyo alam papaano nila i-ha-handle yan.

      I agree, you'll never know how your reseller will handle this. saka po not harmful ang curing salt as long as use it in with a correct amount. This is highly recommended. This will prevent botulism. mas magkakaroon ka rin ng peace of mind once maipasa mo sa reseller yung product mo.

    Mas masarap pa kung may seasonings of your own choice madam. At saka mas kampante ka kung may kunting pink salt lalo na kung may reseller ka para di siya mapanis but anyway the vinegar itself acts as preservative.

    Ang alam ko right amount ng taba at karne is 3:7 or 30% ang taba at 70% ang laman. Kung 10 kilos ang gagawin 3 kilos don ay taba at 7 kilos ang karne😉 sa longganisa yan

    sa 350 per kilo kunware puhunan (doubt it) .35 peso per grams mam so 300 grams is 105 pesos wala pa ung cost ng wrapper labor vacum bag so para kumita ka need mo ng costing na 200 per kilo

      Watch the whole video. Sinabi nya ang ingredients.. at sa quantity depende kung gano kadami ang gagawin ninyo. kasi yung kanya 50 kilos napaka dami nun sa nag uumpisa palang. pwede ka mag sample then iadjust ang timpla according to the number of kilos na gagawin.

      Mahal ang longganisa dito sa England kaya gunagawa lang din po ako once in a while . Dinadamihan ko na lang garlic din para kalasa na din ng longganisa sa Pinas . Ganyan lang din po ang ingredients kung walang vinegar sprite or 7 ang inilalagay ko tas balutin na lang ng cling film . Tama po yun ifreezer muna kasi mas madaling lutuin . Umaga sa konting tubig tas pag nadrefost na ng konti , madali nang tanggalin ang balot saka prituhin ng diretso sa sariling mantika ng longganisa . Ang galing po ninyo talagang business minded .     Thank you ate. Ako ang taong ayaw na ayaw ko ng meron vetsin at preservatives. At un garlic ay hindi powder kundi fresh. Tanong ko lang po ate dapat po ba freezer yan at meron po bang direction sa package paano iluto? God bless po sa inyong business na maging successful 😊.

      Lahat na fresh karne or fish pwedeng ilagay sa freezer hwag lang Yong mga na defrost na dna pwedeng ibalik sa freezer pero u can feep in the fridge for 3 days
