Most of these can also be symptoms to anxiety so not the most accurate ways to spot a potential liar...
The jittery leg can be from neurosis, or RLS.
I just don’t find that one very accurate.
The blinking eye movements with rapid story telling.
Is exactly correct, I can nearly always rely on that.

these can all be behaviours of someone experiencing anxiety or or mental illnesses. from what i’ve read there are no hard or fast rules on what a liar looks like and none of these behaviours are actually conclusive evidence of someone lying

Increased blinking, rapid shallow breathing, hard swallows. This is literally Amber Heard every time she’s on the stand.
These are things that only the very worst of liars do so unless you are in a high stress high risk situations tells as obvious as this rarely show up in an adult. Even under duress a practiced liar will not make these mistakes.

Lies are for beginners. Experts simply use a very specific set of words. A good example is when you ask someone for a dollar and they say : i don't have a cent. This implies he has nothing. While in reality he could have 2000$. Either way, he didn't lie.

The first few are not valid. Even though lying comes to that area...the Body languages also fit for a lot of reaction types of anxiety...
