Cheers ajg617.
Happy New Year Neville.

Happy new year.
Cheers CMG.
Happy New Year to you too Neville on my 69 th Birthday ! My that's a milestone coming up next week! Some might call that verbal click bait lol but not to anyone who has followed it for more than two years, it might actually be three for me. So looking forward to the Doncaster fuselage being mated to Jane ( sounds rude don't it lol) but you know what I mean. Then the lads after getting Jane up and running around again can at last get on with stripping her skins off of her rear end( don't even go there anyone! )
Many happy returns Samrodian Lucky you..
Thanks, Nev. HNY 2 U 2!
Cheers Malcolm.
GET SOME POSITIONING JACKS FOR THAT TROLLEY
Great video bro but strange they did not have the steering on the bomb trolly sorted before it was needed. Safe travels for 2023
Hi Ken, it could have been time consuming in man power.
Yeah I guess it would have.
Happy New Year to Neville & everyone. Excellent video as usual Neville. Is the bomb trolley an old Grandslam carrying trolley?
Hi Mark , not sure I know it 2ndWW .
Happy New Year to you too Neville, many thanks for the regular updates. We`ll be visiting East Kirkby in late August / early September, what days do you normally film?.
Hi Neil, at the moment Tuesday or Thursday but this will change due to the progress of the restoration. Let me know your date you will be at EK later on in the year.
Neville, I want to apologize for harassing you about your voice. I now realize that you can't help it. I'm a retaired television engineer. I helped make medical training videos for the military. Pls keep these videos coming. Richard from S. Texas, USA.
Great video as usual Neville, about the runway, will it use the old concrete runway of RAF East Kirkby or stay on the field?
Hi Inksquid4, the runway will be at a slightly different angle from the 1940s more North to South and will be Grass.
@@nevillewheeldon1693 Thanks a lot Mr Wheeldon, keep up the great work!
Neville, Why did they leave those beat up covering sheets of Aluminum on the fuselage?
Not bad enough to be replaced
@@andrewpanton1311 Yeah but it looks like "ho" at a Sunday school picnic.
It's funds that are better spent on NX611. The skins are perfectly fine to taxy with so there's no need to spend the hundreds of £'s replacing them
In your intro Neville there is a Dakota in the hanger, where is that now?
Not sure Geoff
I thought Just Jane was already flying
Not NX611 Just Jane, Cheers 69 440.
Such a shame that the Lancaster can be put back into the air but it's successor the mighty Vulcan is banned by bureaucracy
The Vulcan is out of flying hours, the engines are almost out of service hours and all technical support for it has been withdrawn, that's why it was ground.
@@RaggyAl1971 the vulcan doesnt have a back up hydraulic system, that is why it cant get an airworthiness certificate, ever now.
@@wycombewanderer6649 err what about the Vulcan that flew for 7 or more years now based on Doncaster XH558.... Thats grounded by the lack of engines... Paperwork and the CAA is all cleared... You're will out with your info pal
