ERM for strategic advantage

Many organisations implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) without understanding its value in creating strategic advantage. In this keynote presentation, David Hillson explores why three types of integration are vital if ERM is to deliver on its potential: internal (within the risk process); horizontal (with other pm processes); and vertical (with other levels of the business).
