Pakora in Manipur and Pakora in North India are two different things. What is known as Pakora in mainland India is known as Bora in Manipur. "Pakora thongba" will be soaked in a spiced water. Manipuri cuisine is diverse with pure vegetarian dishes, fish, pork, beef, chicken, duck dishes.
