What i see the real different with Indonesian worker is Singaporean from my Indonesian perspective is Singapore full with sub-specialist job! .. design school, property valuer, water engineer, virus scientist, even a women do a cross function and cross job .. here in Indo there were rare expertise and 90% of the worker are operational worker, supervisor, manager, etc in different industry

@@Life-wp9vq freelancers get contracted to do specific work, the company needed to localise the website, that's what I'm currently doing, plus I have occasional work for others too. 😁✌️
I would love for you to interview more self employed and freelance workers and see their perspective on money and salary. It's a road less travelled but nonetheless interesting for many. Think tuition teachers , coaches , TH-camrs , dropshippers etc.

A word of advise, you should ask "do you enjoy what you're doing?" Rather then do you like your job though hahah
there seems to be prejudice against finance jobs, as if everyone there inherently hates the job lol. actually different people are suited to different jobs with different interests. what you may not like and totally cannot see yourself doing may be the perfect fit for someone else, so dont judge/assume!
