Fauzi is kind of the salt in food, without salt in food tastes bland!

Zhin is such a good host, he is interactive, responsive, always joking and makes the people feel comfortable
Great new series! Zhin is really suited in this role, he doesn't judge people for what they spend on (like Lego guy) and tailors the questions to suit who he's interviewing!
The 50 year old lady is my fav, hope to be like her some day
Would love to see this same Hot Take done in a different area (more 'heartland'?) I can tell you guys tried to get variety (catching NSFs XD) but most people working in the CBD areas are probably in the above average income group of Singapore.
How about those in customer service, retail, public services?
I love how there's an explanation to their expenses

10k a month for traveling? either she travels alot for business or she takes a first class flight to one place every month... she must be very successful and smart! and she looked damn good for her age! i wouldnt have guessed she was 50

I like the perspective of that lady who travels. I've always thought like oh when I get older I won't be able to travel much due to my age but that's not really true. Perhaps I won't be able to go all the hardcore stuff but at least I still get to travel and see the world haha. Also Zhin is an awesome host! Looking forward to more episodes 🙌

i feel like the guy that said $60 probably meant per drinking session and not per month haha.. the cab back alone will already cost you about $20 on average if you're drinking 2/3 times a month $60 is simply not possible

Yah I think she didn't include necessary expenditures but like extras or non-essential expenditures because that is noooot possible with 5 la groceries for 5 already exceeds that.

Actually, $5 for Breakfast, $10 for Lunch, $10 for Dinner, that works out to about 750$ if he buys 3 meals daily.. Not very far off

Pritam singh of WP is paid $400k salary but is now being investigated by the police for lying under oath. That's a big expense.
Zhin is such a good host! Looking forward to more in this series! If I convert from my country's currency, then I spend about 640 SGD per month, but the UK is facing a Cost of Living Crisis in which we're not being paid more, even though the inflation of prices has gone up by like 14% in the last year, so everything is SO expensive here. Even a pack of strawberries will cost 6 SGD, around. A cup of coffee from a local cafe is about 4.60 SGD, a grande americano from Starbucks is 5.28 SGD. It's just ridiculous how the Government aren't helping us.
Seems like the cost of strawberries and coffee is still cheaper in UK than Singapore
