I get what you mean about nice body. While the song is great, it doesnt reinforce a positive body image. Nice body as well as sketch which is her follow up solo song after nice body was both released while she in mbk(her ex-agency) and her ceo is known to give overly sexually concept to hyomin cus shes supposed to be the "sexy" one. I believe you could tell from how she had the shortest short in the so crazy mv. Also, for her sketch photoshoot, her agency even photoshopped off the bra, making her naked. She couldnt say anything so she merely like the ig posts where fans edited her photos and covered her up with clothes but fans know she wasnt happy with the issue. In fact, jiyeon the youngest member has mentioned that their ceo love exposure in one of her interview. For her songs, I would recommend you to listen to gold or overcome where she personally took part in the lyrics. Other songs if you have time, you may listen to u um u um, mango or allure which are songs that are released after she left mbk and those songs fit her more imo
I think you would love Jiyeon’s - never ever and take a hike .. both songs are addictive... She is a t-ara member (the one you like) ... please film a reaction to that 👍🏻

"So Crazy" has a special place in my heart because it was the last overlapping promotional period between T-ara and SNSD, there's even like 1 TH-cam video of the "winner announcement" and you get to see them kind of interacting :')
"Do You Know Me?" is a remake of an older song, hence that ballad-y opening, but it's also quite good for telling all the members apart.
Members:
-Boram (SC: black hair with bangs, DYKM: short black hair) - the shortest and oldest member, she gives off the appearance of a "fake maknae"
-Qri (SC: lightest brown hair, DYKM: pink hair without bangs) - considered the "lucky charm" since she has the 1st part in T-ara's most popular songs (some even joke she should have gotten the 1st line in "So Crazy" because then it would've been a hit)
-Soyeon (SC: long black hair, frizzy in the back, DYKM: long black/dark brown hair) - main vocalist, her nickname is '68 Soyeon because she knows a lot of older songs from living with her grandma, that it's joked she was born in 1968
-Eunjung (SC: mid-length black hair, DYKM: short bleached hair) - her specialties are high notes, rapping, and acting, she's currently active as an actress
-Hyomin (SC: dark brown somewhat curly hair, DYKM: short pink hair with bangs) - lead vocalist and rapper, she might bring the "sexy" to the group but she's also known for being dorky, and she became close friends with Sunny after appearing on Invincible Youth together

RE: Do You Know Me - The video contains both versions of the song, neither of which are entitled "Do You Know Me?" on the album (T-ara Winter). The dance version is "나 어떡해" ("What should I do") the slow version is "1977 기억 안나" ("I don't remember 1977"). Strange, I know.
I like the regular "Nice Body" video with the magical doughnut.
Both version are actually a remake sang by a Korean band call Sand Pebbles - What should I do which was released in 1977. The slow version is a tribute to the original band hence their title included 1977. the fast version is more of a remix version in a sense that it doesn’t really sound like the original except for some parts and the lyrics. Fun fact, t-ara have also dabbled in remakes such as round & round and little apple

I think So Crazy is T-Ara's most underrated title track. I don't really see it get mentioned, but it was one of their last songs - it might be their last, actually. Even at the time of release, it wasn't that popular, unfortunately, but I personally thought it was arguably their best song. It was produced by Brave Brothers, who was on fire during this era. He made a lot of addictive poppy bops with melodic/nostalgic-sounding choruses like Son Dambi - Saturday Night, Nine Muses - Sleepless Night, AOA - Like a Cat, Bestie - Love Options, Brave Girls - High Heels, Brown Eyed Girls - How Come, NS Yoonji - Just Dance, etc. But when this song, Nine Muses - Sleepless Night, Bestie - Love Options, and F-ve Dolls - #1 Soulmate didn't become hits, I was sad, because I realized times were changing and the audience was moving onto heavier beat drops with choruses that were less lyrical and more instrumental/non-lexical vocables.

yes there is a studio version of the slow part of the song titled “1977 Do You Know Me”, the poppier version of it is title “Do You Know Me”. t-ara does a lot of songs with 2 different versions; ballad and pop (Cry Cry, Lie)
Fun fact : Yena's brother Sungmin performed Nice Body with Hyomin during her promotions of the song. He do the rap parts😍
Just to clear misunderstanding,if you watch the MV (This is the dance MV),it's about how women are forced to have PERFECT bodies to fit the standards (which are pretty strict in Korea)
if So Crazy sounds familiar, it’s because back then Brave Brothers (the producer) made a lot of songs with this kind of sound (brassy etc) and for around 2-3 years, these were the kind of songs that you’d hear everywhere. example: AOA - Miniskirt, Short Hair, Like a Cat, Girls’ Day - Something, SISTAR - Give it to Me

I also respect Hyomin for being able to carry out this set of choreography at that time even though she wasn't that comfortable. Though at the time of release, many others thought that Fake It should have been her title song for the first album instead. I swear Fake It is 100x better than Nice Body. MBK got worse in Hyomin's second solo and I feel very sorry for her, Sketch was a great song, especially in Chinese, but not the MVs & the choreo.... Not to mention, all the songs in Hyomin's solo are definitely a BOP, esp those that she took part in composing

The melody in the background and the drop of Do You Know Me is sampled straight from a song called 나 어떻게 (What Should I Do) from the Korean band Sand Pebbles, a song released in 1977. T-ARA changed the vibe and lyrical content a lot though, the original is a melancholy rock song about a breakup.
I first learned about the original song when it was sung at the end of Peppermint Candy (a really depressing Korean movie) which I randomly caught on TV one day. The melody stuck with me, so when I first listened to Do You Know Me and I heard that melody again it was a bit of a shock, especially with how they repurposed it.
