Hi Dexter! I'm back with my other comment to make more water flow in multi points. I saw in this video that your employee drills a hole or more, on the bottom of the tank. Why do not drill holes in the sides? You can increase the flow and maybe you can put a water tap even to control the flow coming out from the tank in order to balance it with the water pump for the in flow. And also you can choose to recirculate the water from the bottom, middle or just from the top of the tank. I made a sketch about it but I don't know how to send it to you. Best regards from Romania.
You need a mongoose, a king snake or just some glue boards. I prefer a few terriers though. Jack Russell, rat or jagd will kill just about anything and can be taught to protect your animals.

For the most part the juvenile reticulated python is very healthy and already consumed at least one quail. However as I am sure most people and all the locals there realize that reticulated pythons grow to be the longest snakes in the world followed by the green anaconda closely behind in length however green anacondas gain more weight than reticulated pythons then followed in length by the Burmese and indian rock pythons. Large and adult reticulated pythons tend to be one of the most aggressive pythons from wild species than most. I have owned a few in my time however they just are not worth much and also not all that demanndable as pets here in the states any longer for normal ones with the current color and genetics of all the ones on the market. I own only two very rare snakes now as I sold off all my other expensive snakes and now I need to sell off all the professional cages I have collected. I would be interested in buying a few hundred really nice guppies from you if you have a transhiper and if they are in a good price range. Just let me know below.

Yes, once you have removed the bigger ones those who were left behind are going to grow faster it doesn't matter how small they still are, they will grow.
