  • What's up guys! Today's video is agility and speed training for elite athletes. It's a change of direction speed training with one of our elite soccer players, where the focus is exactly as the title says, change of direction speed. Being able to change directions quickly is one of the most important elements for explosive and elite athletes, especially playing soccer. It is all about how quickly you can decel, change direction, and explode out, usually while reacting to an external cue. So that's the session we got for you today! Hope you enjoy!

    Should you do these on plyo days or non plyo days?

      This was for our agility day, but we always start off with some plyos. So we wouldn't do this on a day where we focus on jumping, but we do include plyometrics into pretty much every session!
