By the way, what is the rooftop you show on 13:23? It looks nice with all the indications on the glass… I’d love to visit sometime.

If I'd recommed a week to visit Madrid that would be the first week of December. Full of people, but that's what a city is about. Lots of people having fun.
Hi, thanks for your comment and for sharing your opinion! However, allow us to disagree. When visiting a city for just a few days, being that crowded makes it difficult to get around and try to get to know it. At least, that's how we see it 🙃
@@ItsAllTripToMe Is it back to normal after the first week in December?
@@chooselife1509 Not sure what it looks like around Christmas, but other than that, yes, it should be back to normal 🙂
Felipe V didn't need to remind himself of home in Versailles a) because Versailles was inspired by the Buen Retiro Palace, which belonged to him. That palace no longer exists, thanks to the French who insisted on destroying it during the Napoleonic occupation, but the gardens (and a pair of pavilions) still exist: the Retiro Park, and b) he built a very similar palace in La Granja (you can visit it nowadays, thank God; the French were not interested in destroying it) with stunning gardens. By the way, what was there before the current Royal Palace wasn't a "Moorish" one but a Royal Castle that was rebuilt many times. There are lots of images of it (there are pictures representing it and also the plans of its last rebuilding).
Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated!
What is it like to visit Spain during last week of January? I mean weather and vibrance of cities?
Hi, thanks for your comment! I'm afraid we've never been to Spain in January. I suppose it won't be a lot different than December in terms of weather, but probably a lot quieter and with fewer crowds.
I think the winter makes it look as miserable as Britain. Love Spain in Summer, though ❤
Hi, thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, winter can be tricky in Southern Europe. But, as you say, nothing can beat spring and summer in Spain 🙂
Not really. Most of the days are cold but sunny.
@robert111k That's true! We were just very unlucky I guess!
Ok👍💋👌💐🤗
Thanks!
Avoid in winter. It's awful.
It's not usually that bad, we were clearly unlucky with the weather when filming this video 🙃
Really? You know that's not true...
