do the footwell lights have the same effect as the puddle lights in regards to controlling the door open/ window going up or down circuit? if a footwell light goes bad will the window not roll down when door is closed just like with bad puddle lights, or are the footwell lights not linked to that ?
Hello. Unfortunately, the SR+ footwell lights are disabled via software by Tesla. This product works on LR and Perf Model 3's and on all Model Y's. Thanks
Do you know if I I’m installing fiber optics, and I splice with the footwell lights with a connect wire, it will power in the fiber optic kit? So that way it is on when the footwell lights are on and off when they are off? Thank you!

Would love to see them dimmed down to see what they look like when driving.

Yes they dim , just like the rest of the footwear lights
