Packed with juicy chicken, fresh veggies, and a mouthwatering sauce, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or when you’re craving something nutritious yet tasty.
    The Perfect Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry - A Healthy and Delicious Dinner Recipe!
    Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    For the Chicken:
    500g (1 lb) chicken breast, cut into thin strips
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    For the Vegetables:
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    1 cup broccoli florets
    2 medium carrots, julienned
    1 large zucchini, sliced
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    For the Sauce:
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp ginger paste
    1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
    Instructions:
    Marinate the Chicken:
    In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
    Cook the Chicken:
    Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
    Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
    In the same skillet, heat sesame oil. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
    Make the Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger paste, and the cornstarch slurry. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, stirring until it thickens.
    Combine:
    Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together to ensure the chicken and vegetables are coated evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
    Serve:
    Serve hot over steamed rice, noodles, or quinoa for a wholesome and satisfying dinner.
