It's not just that the TV is over the prep area, it's too far out. Looks like her head is almost hitting the tv when she's close enough to the counter to prep food. Also the two level counter seems unnecessary. So I have to support Andrea here.
So basically the MSRP is 389,000 and they tack on almost 30% to discount it back to the MSRP, so the customer thinks they are getting a deal when actually they are paying full price.
As you walked through there giving your review there seemed a few quality control issues. Shades…. No outlets in the master bath near the sinks? Doors on the bunks seem like they’d be broken on your first trip out. Uneven countertops, of course it doesn’t bother someone who doesn’t cook. I really wanted to like it but there seemed like things just not worthy of the money. Why do they put toilet paper holders with behind or under you arm beside you while your in a sitting position? It’s like their built for stretch Armstrong.
4TH dislike = AC Vents are under the slides, as the unit is driving. If you look at the fireplace under the TV - there is a huge wasted spot under that counter. Or maybe the fireplace is also a door - like the TV. I wish someone looked.

I think those European Rvs with the Big comfy Living room and small dinette ruined typical US RVs for me. This thing is nice but the big kitchen and kitchen table booth seating is completely unnecessary for me.
There is carpeting on the slide out! Why do they have to have carpeting under the dinette? I don’t want to clean carpets every time someone drops some food on the floor! NO, NO, NOT FOR ME!
lol I love the pantry with 3 shelves that cant fit a cereal box - man is it dark ! that would be depressing to be in day after day. I will say when I look at that coach for say 400k I don't understand why snowbirds would buy a house in Florida when you can take a house with you park it for 2 or 3 months and run like hell taking your house with you when a hurricane comes. I liked it before but this one is horrible. The price was way under budget but nothing in it really “works” for us. Size of the master bath cabinets aren’t bad at least but the showers remind me of the pensions in Germany we had. Don’t like the bunk bed doors. Must have bunks and 2 baths. This one is sad. @@xToddmcx I checked the F.R. factory brochures. There are two cabinet/wood colors available, both dark cherry stains. Too bad...maybe the 2024 models will offer better choices.

I agree with everything you both said, the kitchen is weird, and great at the same time. I would probably sit at the dinette to prep my food, especially if football is playing lol. The radius showers having the flip down seats makes them much more user friendly, my husband would love that since he requires forearm crutches. The one in the master had a low profile, making it easy to step into. These are the first radius showers I am ok with. The cab is ahhhmazing, it looks so comfortable to drive in. Also there’s enough space for two smaller kids over the cab, 1 mid size person at the dinette, two adults on the couch, then 2 more in the bunks, of course ma and pa in the master with their fur babies! That’s 9 people and a couple of critters easily sleeping!
I can't believe I don't agree with Andrea. I ABSOLUTELY love the layout! If I could afford this I'd buy it right now because it's everything I've wanted. Just goes to show how different we are as humans & what our needs are. It's not a bad thing it's a great thing! I love you both & love watching your videos. ❤️🙏
That's not a toilet paper holder; that's a comfort handle. If you've eaten a lot of fried food, or made some other culinary mistake, holding onto that handle can help ease you back into comfort.
Hi...let Andrea know that the step cover most likely would not come out because the door was open, I believe. Also, Matt did confirm there were side cameras, but he did not point them out...were they on the mirrors, or mounted to the sides?
I love those valances , they are outdoorsy and right up my alley because i love the outdoors. First of all i would use the booth to prep my food and since there is a tv over the front cab , when cooking i'd just use that tv. next , i would paint shades of green lines within those valnces to give it even more of and outside feeling. as long as they have teak seating in the radius showers i could easily make due . the picture in the living area fits the scheme of outdoors. two things i wish america coach producers would consider is euro cabinets and windows.. I would totally remove the top bunk. You guys have kids , i don't. I would absolutey buy this one.
Matt! Andrea is Right!!! The top of the fireplace is "wrong"! It needs to be at the same level and width as the rest of the countertop!!! The TV ... don't know where else to put it, unfortunately, so the volume will need to be on low, at her comfort level, because she is right infront of it!!! Or, Off, while she is working right there. No. 2 dislike: Radius Showers! No. 3 dislike: Dark Cabinets & Dark Trim. I would need to paint them. Don't want to paint No. 4 dislike: Living Room Valances need to be the same as the ones in the bedroom. Likes #1 - King Bed that is usable with slides in!!! Very important! #2 - I like the bunk beds #3 - The size of the kitchen and living area is nice. Nice sofa. The passenger seat sounds very comfortable, too. #4 - Over all, I like this motorhome!

This is a rare motorhome where there are only minor things. While tight in road mode, you are probably not going that far back often. Radius showers are not a problem for me as I would be in quick shower mode. The toilet in the non master bathroom is usable. I like lighter cabinets, yet could live with this. My family and feline overlords would approve. The price is not bad either. Now to find the change in the couch to afford it.
For an entry level class A it rocks. I say entry level because you can tell everything is cheaply made from the baggage doors bending when u shut them to pull down privacy shades.
Absolutely hated this coach. Way too dark and gloomy, putting the TV in the kitchen, and a master Bath that just stinks. Horrible layout for a coach of this size. It also looked very cheaply made but it’s obvious that they sacrificed a lot just for the bunks.

The double sink in the master bath really puts a limit on how they used the rest of the space. It’s unlikely that two people can be in the bathroom and using both sinks at the same time, they should remove one which would give enough space for a proper shower.
Hi Matt and Andrea! My likes are are the master bathroom and the pull out pantry. And the storage. My dislikes are the two radius showers. It’s too dark of wood in the Rv. Don’t like the balance on living area. But like them in bathroom. Thank you Matt and Andrea!

I have to say Forest River need’s to give this RV to this Active Duty Army Family especially since my hubby is retiring next year!! Even my 10 year old son fell in love with it!!! I love the double bunk’s!! Top for my son and bottom for my 2 Standard Poodle’s!!! I have to say even with the radius showers and dark cabinets this by far is the UPMOST MOST BEAUTIFUL RV I’VE SEEN!!

In the rear bathroom the toilet paper holder is located too low. It would be better if it was located higher.

What a beautiful coach! I wish the cabinets were a lighter wood though - the interior seems so dark, even with the lights on.
The cabinet color sucks but I bet it's an option and you can choose a lighter color.

Andrea is 100% correct about that kitchen. Countertop space is very important if you like to cook.
I agree with you regarding the master bath shower should not be a radius shower. Also I too found it to be a little too dark for my taste.
