You know that’s not true! If you don’t validate their words, they won’t mean anything🤍 if someone said something to me that I know is not true, I would just let it pass, don’t give any of my energy to it because it’s not worth it. You decide what you use your energy to. 🤍
I'm not in TSW, but I do suffer from eczema. What I feel about moisturizing it's that in some parts of the body works and in others it gets worse. In my legs, it works well, but in my face, chest and forearm not at all. It also depends in which stage of eczema am I. If it's when it's a baby eczema or really in the end (after drying out) it helps, but in the other stages it also gets itchier. Moisturizing only really helps to avoid developing eczema, in my experience. When I can keep my skin hydrated, the odds of developing eczemas are lower. But of course, there are seasons around the year when it's impossible to avoid. Keep being brave!! I'm not under steroids quite often, I usually can control my eczema, but it really made me think on avoid at all costs steroids.
Yeah I agree, everyone’s skin is different and the environment you’re in really effects the skin! But I’m so glad I was able to help you think twice about applying topical steroids😊

Have you looked into the recent biologics such as Dupixent or Adbry? What are your thoughts on those?
