I re-experienced it again in my late 20's and I am once again, in love with this trash.

I agree with you Amanda on the casting. In the books, the vampires have supermodel looks and the actors were not even close. They didn't even look any different (except much older) than the other kids and Bella was too pretty, so it just didn't work. Robert has the looks but they just focused on his hair and his make-up wasn't flattering. I wouldn't mind a remake

I still remember giving up on the movie as soon as I heard the spider monkey line.
My mom accidentally watched the parody...after already having seen the original which she found so ridiculous that she did not realise it was a parody. I was sitting next to her and she kept going 'oh my god this is even WORSE than I remembered' until the scene where the werewolves do a strip tease. That was definitely not in the movie...😂

I am a 43-year-old woman and I literally just watched twilight for the first time today so I could watch this video & know what was going on. Watching Edward with Bella, I felt like I was watching a person fall in love with a plate of beef brisket. It was kinda weird.
Hearing Amanda rave about Twilight is just so cute lmao, it's honestly the sole reason I decided to watch the movie myself just to understand the context better 😂
