speaking from experience... I tiled my small bathroom with marble (white with dark grey marbling) and went with white grout. Everyone told me to use grey. I thought they were wrong :) Basically you'll be mopping it daily to keep it white. A few months later I had it re-grouted to grey and have never regretted it once! A weekly mop is all I need now and it looks great.
