In this drawing tutorial, I will take you step by step on how you can draw and shade these simple objects and make it realistic. The first drawing is a metal spoon with a highly reflective surface. The second drawing is a porcelain spoon with a less reflective surface.

Yeah dude. Its for 3d modeling, but on my apply exam I needed to draw stuff. Also, I had to make portfolio consisting drawings of kitchen accessories like a spoon, fork, plate... Stuff like that on a3 format. Closed fist also. I also haven't draw in my life like never but I found you I copied and now after some time I am able to draw almost anything. It takes some time off, but I managed to get killer results.
That's cool. I use to work in the vfx industry as a 3D modeler for many years. Drawing is good for 3D modeling because you'll be able to see the forms much better. Good luck.

THANK YOU! Finally a video tutorial which shows how to shade metal with graphite :D I never got any tips from artschool on shading metals lol they just said "draw what u see" but y´know techniques are a big step there lol thank you so much, your teaching is very easy to remember and follow along
