@@agreedboarart3188 No one likes GV. The best GV game was GV1 because the stages were designed for him and him alone, full of flashfield gimmicks. When he's not alone then his failings just stand out and because the gimmicks are gone he's just the worst option. Kirin is way more active than GV so why would I go back to tagging and doing no damage again?
@@GetterRay Because the methodical, almost puzzle-like approach of finding the right groups of enemies to multi-kill (combined with the execution of actually doing so) is a fun and unique gameplay style that exists as an alternative to the purely reflex/endurance-based playstyles of Copen and Kirin? Just a thought.
@@shygaifu3592 It was decent in Gunvolt 1 when Gunvolt had unique stages designed for him, but was terrible in Gunvolt 2 when the stages were designed to be shared. But even in GV1, it wasn't that complex and most of the upgrades and bullet types were boring or outright useless.

Was there any explanation as to why Lola's voice doesn't sound as robotic as it was in Gunvolt 2 in-game lore or development-wise? I haven't played Ix yet, but afaik SPOILER ALERT OR NOT IM NOT SURE DONT READ ANY FURTHER JUST IN CASE YOU PLAN TO PLAY THE GAME it's an alternate timeline. I preferred the robotic double vocals and overall techno theme for her songs which gives variety since Lumen already provides the realistic, emotional renditions.
You could say that 100+ years of learning and development helped Lola to perfectly generate "human" vocals. Considering that Copen accidentally created a person, the kind of machine learning needed for that would probably have figured out realistic vocal sound and nuance in far less time.

personally, i’d give laix2 a 9/10 because even though the story was good, laix2 was shorter and i didn’t like copen’s nerf.
