I was so bored and confused in the first and second episode, i was about to stop watching it, but then i remembered people saying it was really good. I continued watching it, and i loved it so much once it got more serious. In the end everything from the first episode made sense. Im so glad I kept on watching it.
Pretty much me except I actually did drop it at first (back in August). I started watching it again from the start a couple months later in October because I was told it was good by a friend and I finished it in 2 days. Honestly, it IS boring at the start but it gets exponentially better as you go on.

Steins;Gate is one of 'those' animes of such quality and such plot development, that It truly pains me to finish the series. It breaks my heart that I won't be able to experience it for the first time again, because this show is truly one of the best anime's that I've ever seen in my life.

When i watched the first episode i didnt think i would like it so i didnt watch it for a while, then one day bored, i start to watch it and now it is my favorite anime, i remember wanting to go through the whole series all at once, even for most of the great anime i need a brake every so often then watch it, but this made me not want to sleep just to see what happens, and the twists that happen and the way it makes you feel, and the way that steinsgate0 adds on with his depression, it is just so good
+Neo Torralba There are a few others that I continually watch the openers for. Fairy Tail's current one is mostly OK. I really like World Trigger's second opener. The Clannad and Clannad AS openers and closers had some really good ones too.
+Neo Torralba World Trigger is one of the better anime out there in my opinion. It currently ranks above Fairy Tail for me, simply because Fairy Tail's animation is really lazy and bad looking. If you end up liking World Trigger, also check out Log Horizon. Log Horizon is about being stuck in a game but I think it does it much better than SAO, simply because they discuss the really interesting parts of gaming and incorporate it in to the story line, and a lot of other things as well.

For the people saying they want to send a Dmail to themselves telling to not watch steins gate so they can re-watch it without remembering what happens, here is the problem: If you don't have the same power as rintarou from keeping your memory of other timelines, you'll stay in your timeline, and the other you that recieved the mail will never watch steins gate. If you have the same power as rintarou, then u'll keep your memories from before sending the D mail, and thus, will still remember the show even if you 'never watched' it. We probably don't have a power like Reading Steiner so I'd assume we'd forget it but it would change if you use something like time leap machine like Kurisu did.

I just finished watching this show. I cried the most during this anime than any other movie or show, it was so good. Probably the best media to do with time travel, ever.
Piano Potato erased was amazing but not a masterpiece. If it had like 20 episodes or so, it would be a masterpiece. The reason is that the plot felt too rushed near the end and the whole mystery of the killer kinda ruined the experience for me. Besides that, it’s still amazing and I recommend it to people who are looking for time travel murder mystery anime.
same goes for me too. I really like AOT but Steins;Gate gives the high level nostalgia which AOT didn't give. It is probably because in Steins;gate they built up in the first 10 episodes, making the pacing really slow to make us adapt to the anime really well

Surely, Steins;Gate has one of the Greatest plot. It's hard to find an anime with a plot comparable to this, but I recommend Odd Taxi. Since Anime is often made based on manga, it is often made with seiyuu's dubbing that matches the pictures, but Odd Taxi uses prescoring.

When i watched the first episode i didnt think i would like it so i didnt watch it for a while, then one day bored, i start to watch it and now it is my favorite anime, i remember wanting to go through the whole series all at once, even for most of the great anime i need a brake every so often then watch it, but this made me not want to sleep just to see what happens, and the twists that happen and the way it makes you feel, and the way that steinsgate0 adds on with his depression, it is just so good

+Neo Torralba World Trigger is one of the better anime out there in my opinion. It currently ranks above Fairy Tail for me, simply because Fairy Tail's animation is really lazy and bad looking. If you end up liking World Trigger, also check out Log Horizon. Log Horizon is about being stuck in a game but I think it does it much better than SAO, simply because they discuss the really interesting parts of gaming and incorporate it in to the story line, and a lot of other things as well.

For the people saying they want to send a Dmail to themselves telling to not watch steins gate so they can re-watch it without remembering what happens, here is the problem:
If you don't have the same power as rintarou from keeping your memory of other timelines, you'll stay in your timeline, and the other you that recieved the mail will never watch steins gate.
If you have the same power as rintarou, then u'll keep your memories from before sending the D mail, and thus, will still remember the show even if you 'never watched' it.

Piano Potato erased was amazing but not a masterpiece. If it had like 20 episodes or so, it would be a masterpiece. The reason is that the plot felt too rushed near the end and the whole mystery of the killer kinda ruined the experience for me. Besides that, it’s still amazing and I recommend it to people who are looking for time travel murder mystery anime.

As for why I started appreciating this anime, it's truly mysterious and leaves me puzzled. I vaguely remember my brother telling me about this series. He mentioned how fantastic it was, prompting me to watch it and share my thoughts with him later. But to my astonishment, he denied ever seeing the series or mentioning it to me.
This uncanny situation leads me to believe that my consciousness might have time-traveled from another worldline to my present self, giving me these inexplicable memories. Therefore, I delved into "Steins;Gate" because it feels like it's all part of the choices made by "Steins;Gate."

Surely, Steins;Gate has one of the Greatest plot. It's hard to find an anime with a plot comparable to this, but I recommend Odd Taxi.
Since Anime is often made based on manga, it is often made with seiyuu's dubbing that matches the pictures, but Odd Taxi uses prescoring.
