1979 Gottlieb The Incredible Hulk Pinball Machine Gameplay and Tutorial with Pascal All in one board

- Check out some Hulk action and all the cool added features of the Pascal board including ball save, randomized skill shot, attract mode, high score initials and more. One thing I forgot to mention is that there is an added delay for when the ball lands in the kick out lanes so that the kicker does not fire too soon if the ball is not quite settled thereby causing a stuck ball! Very clever!

i play this every chance i get at the local store, it has a tiny arcade in it. they said if i beat the highscore of 370,000 i could get anything free. im doing it to beat the high score not for the free item. but holy cow is it ever brutal i could get up to 350,000 or sometimes i could get 20,000 it really is hit or miss. now i understand it better i might do better :)
also the other sound pack really is "nicer" to a point. it sounds like a arcade game from the 80's (because duh) but it really gives tha vibe by hearing all the noises. the one you have however is also nice, i like it too. not as loud or annoying. its perfect for a personal machine for putting in a man cave or just in a house.

Actual you have it backwards, The other sound (Gama Radiation) is the original the game came with, You have the generic sound, that was given to most gottleib games at that time. When the Hulk 1st Arrived in the Bowling Alley it was different sounding to all other games at that time. Yes I'm that old, I played it when it was new and off the Truck. None of the Hulks at that time were set to the generic sound. It only comes up when people never played the game when new. The little tone is supposed to mimic the sound from the TV show The Incredible Hulk
Ahh very interesting. You know your pinball history. I love it! Ok so this is just generic sound (which I am using) but the other sound is specific to Hulk. I have owned many system 1's but this is the 1st time I have heard this sound package! I might have to try the intended sound package. Is that dip switch on the sound board or the pascal board?
@@pinballshenanigans It is on the sound board it is two dip switch set to up on the sound card or two on. I do not recall what the other directions do, something about attract mode sound...? But you have the 2 switches off. As for Generic Sound, I think all the system one games that have custom sounds, have the option to switch to this generic sound package. Most people do not have them set to generic sound so most people never here it and think it is a new sound.

actually that is the way the game normally works with the multiplier it rotates just like you are showing so nothing to do with the new board. Hulk is all about getting the multiple, you need at least 2x or better on every ball to get a good score.
Ahh ok cool thanks. I just assumed. Never tried it with the original CPU...well maybe a few years ago for one or 2 games but I barely remember :)

Out of my Collection of machines HULK is brutal and one of the hardest when we have people over for game night, HULK will beat you up. Just like what you had I call it the Gift from God. Hulk seems to bounce the ball back into paly a lot off the lower apron. None of my other games do that that includes my Sinbad. 8:59
