- Do you want a quick and easy method to paint your 28mm Chindits, Japanese, SNLF Marines, US Marines? Look no further!
Today I will show you how I decided to base my 14th Army Chindits which are part of the Warlord Games - Bolt Action range. These miniatures were awesome to paint and if you're interested in how I painted these, I have a tutorial linked below. I wanted to base these miniatures in a non-time consuming way, I required it to be simple & fast. I believe I've managed to accomplish that and I'm chuffed with how they've come out.
How do you feel these came out? Comment below :)

"Spicing up" your bases always helps. 😉
Hahaha that is brilliant, why didn't I think of that! Damn ;)
Great tip about the thyme
Thanks buddy, it's so cheap too!!
Very helpful, thank you! Going to use this for my star wars legions stuff!
Glad I could help! I'd love to see your finished models, be sure to post them on the socials 😊😊
This is going to be useful, I'm got the Commando stater army today to create an army for the Burma campaign. I'm planing on getting some 3D printed Chindits heads & kit bash some of the Commando models as Chindits or maybe add some Gurkha later.
That sounds like an awesome project mate! Be sure to show us your work on my various social media pages ;)
Very nicely done, atmospheric and beautiful bases!
Thanks a lot buddy 👍👍
These bases look great!
Thanks a lot buddy 🙌🙌🙌
The concerns about heavy foliage and additional bits on the bases; personally I think the wargaming board is for all of that. I think these are balanced, and the roots and “trip hazard” still show through. These will fit in nicely on the table.
I like the idea of natural elements as well. We have been weeding and roots and such have caught my eye for use. The Thyme is a great idea that I hadn’t considered.
I like that the drybrushing on the base got on the boots and trousers some, connecting them to the dirt upon which the stand.
No complaints from me.
Now I want to work on bases.
Thanks a lot 🙏 you're spot on, let the table do the basing work and let the models have a bit of breathing space. I'm really glad you've liked it 😊 ☺️
@@paintingpanzers ‘Tis good for morale! Please keep up the good work. My best to the Mrs.
Looks good 👍
Thank you buddy 😁
