From my perspective as a new/beginner user, this video comes across as Intermediate to Advanced level instruction and honestly does not explain {enough} of what is happening or why it is being done. I think the of what is being presented are "fine" but, if the goal was to teach someone HOW to use this function in Zscaler then more details are needed. ~ I hope this comment comes across as intended, in a helpful manner. There seemed to be a few lengthy 'pauses' while activity was happening within the application, and ALL of these pauses should be used (or filled with details). One way I have seen people describe very successful presentations is, any time a presenter uses an acronym, the first time they use it the acronym must be stated completely. A basic example of this is even saying "AAD" which should be followed by, "Azure Active Directory" if that is what the presenter meant. What is ZIA for example? ... My wish is not to be critical, only helpful. More details on every step would be so helpful and raise the confidence level of the presenter installed in the audience. Thank you, ~ DPCJR

An important point to highlight because THESE DAYS many presenters, not just you, are 'jumping' back and forth between Open application windows, sometimes using + and they do not clearly explain, 'Okay, now I switch from...' and over into XZY console or application. Yes, it is possible to watch and re-watch a presentation and {hopefully} pick-up on the details of what is being shown but, it is more User-friendly to clearly state the "action" happening in the video directly -- as it happens. ~ Thank you very much for this important effort at User training.
