I saw this entire video and it’s really informative ❤. Thanks for video.
Also I am searching for a fix for one of my user who is facing issues. I have tried every possible way to fix it but no luck even the Zscaler TAC is reluctant to fix this issue
Issue is - one of remote user is facing frequent disconnect on ZCC, weird thing is it’s disconnect all other devices which are connected to same home WiFi. We have captured number logs files from users system when issue occurred and TAC has kept saying some of tests end agent is causing this issue but we tested by uninstalling all the agents but still same issue.
Now I don’t have any clue how to proceed further. If u have any suggestion really appreciated.
    Issue is:-

We are using tunnel 2.0 in but in the forwarding profile senior resource have set tunnel with local proxy.
I didn't get this, could you please help me it?

Then it's tunnel with local proxy only. Forwarding profile is the desider for tunnel options.

Forwarding profile is the one you decide whether tunnel 1.0 or 2.0 or tunnel with local proxy. If tunnel with local proxy chosen, then it's not tunnel 2.0

Yes we can use DPP with TWLP. Add DPP port number in app profile pac file.

Please assist me while creating forwarding profile tunnel option such as Tunnel, tunnel with local proxy and Enforce Proxy in below environment:
1.Hub and skope environment with default route so which option should be select "Tunnel with Local proxy, Tunnel or Enforce Proxy? If we want to configure tunnel 2.0 In house Hosted DNS no default route environment.
2.Hub and skope environment with default route so which option should be select "Tunnel with Local proxy, Tunnel or Enforce Proxy? If we want to configure tunnel 2.0 In house Hosted DNS default route environment.
3.SDWAN environment If we want to configure tunnel 2.0 In house Hosted DNS no default route environment which option should be select such as "Tunnel with Local proxy, Tunnel or Enforce Proxy? If we want to configure tunnel 2.0 In house Hosted DNS no default route environment.

In all cases you can configure all these traffic forwarding options with certain tweaking.

@@ITZecurity here I'm most confused. I would be immensely grateful if you do more easy layman language?
