i don’t think lavaloon is a low skill cap deck , let’s be honest. defending with the deck is pretty hard with certain archetypes, you need to know how to play it. you just don’t put lava hound and balloon , you need to build up a push.
The reason I say that is because most decks have limited air counters, which is what makes lavahound difficult to play against, right? Well that's a two way straight, because lavaloon has to have limited ground distraction. It's the same thing but in reverse, and in every battle.

Totally agree with Bochum. I have been playing hound decks for almost one year and a half. Practise is the key and knowing the matchup!!! And know what your deck can counter what

I hope I can get a level 3 hound soon so I can start grinding with it on ladder again😂 Until then, its bait and graveyard city👌 Any other deck suggestions?
Ash I love your videos but this IS a meta deck and no matter what anyone says it is a “low skill deck”, and the fact that’s it’s very viable after every balance change just proves what everyone already knows, but the ladder is improving and worth playing now a days.

Whenever they use the mega knight you can completely stop it by placing the tombstone in the same place where you plant it to defend a mortar, just one tile away from the king tower

Hey Ash, I'm a lavaloon player around 4800 trophies now. So I really like these videos with Bochum . But he never showcased a match versus new popular giant decks and I tend to struggle against those decks, they seem to slowly gain a elixer advantage. Could you ask him to include one for next time?
Hi Ash ... I think very good for Lavaloon matchups is also Night Witch (instead of Valkyrie or Guards), there is huge synergy with Lavahound and for the defense potential is it almost the same like with Valk or Guards.

Hey Ash i love your videos, there‘s always smth new to learn. I have actually made myself pls give it a try in atleast one battle i think it‘s pretty good and also counters most of the meta Miner,log,poison,barbarian hut,bandit,inferno dragon,royal ghost,electro wizard Electro wizard and royal ghost could be replaced by valk and musketeer.

You should do a video where you talk about the mechanics of the game. The mindset of top players and what mechanisms they use, such as elixir counting, card rotations, and even the importance of whether or not to use sound :D

Graveyard it’s actually really easy to play.
It's easy to pick up, but it's VERY hard to master
Low skill cap is elite barbs. I think this deck is a hit and miss unless you are familiar with it

They need to address the OP nature of lavaloon... maybe not a huge nerf but a small nerf to the support troops.(Given they just buffed the lava hound)
