Clash Royale's "pro tips" series continues on CWA Mobile Gaming. One thing I thought of when you said to point out any mistakes Jack makes in the video, I think we all think of "technical" mistakes: card placements, timing, predictions, etc. but rarely strategical mistakes like poorly timed pushes, defensive card choices, and setting rotation. When you're interviewing pros, could you maybe cover some more strategical aspects of the decks? Example would be like you did with the Bridge Spam/Vietnam decks where you established that the opportune time to attack is as soon as they place the pump.

2.6 hog cycle doesnt work well at tourney standard. Surg would win very easily
Talha Rehman bro. The same interactions are gonna take place at tournament standard. How is it weak at tournament standard?
True but the margin is smaller at tourney standard since arena towers are at lower health. For example if the grave yard match up for this video was at tourney standard jack would have lost since the arena towers are at lower health so you dont have a bigger margin for defence. Decks work differently for ladder and tournament standards, hog cycle is not very viable for tournament standard gameplay
Talha Rehman bro everything gets equalised. If its the low arena tower health then then the graveyard will have lv9 skeletons ( at tournament standard)and hence the interaction is getting equalised. So don't worry as long as the card levels and the king levels are equal that's a fair game.

I'm a 2.6 hog cycle player, lvl 9 , at 3.8k with tournament standard cards, with the exception of the hog being lvl 8
Sheep Weng I have an account where I use it too, lvl 8 with 3900, comuns at 7/8 and rares lvl 6 except the hog which is lvl 7, is a great deck
it's depressing when you verse a lvl 10 with lvl 7 epics, lvl 10 rares, and lvl 12 commons

That activation was what made him win the match. The king tower's damage protected his princess tower against the next lavaloon combos. Totally worth it.

петър стянов Jack is more of a 2.6 player all surg has to do is build a counter deck surg is known for a variety of decks and that's y surf would have a advantage
he can play other decks but not even nearly as good as he plays 2.6 so he has to play 2.6 or he will be in a disadvantage, so surg can just add a card or 2 to any deck to counter 2.6 and still be good enough against other decks, he will sweep him 3-0 probably

I checked his profile on stats royale,he indeed has played multiple x-bow decks.
A mistake at 9:33 was putting the musky in the middle, should've been on the very right from opponents perspective so it didn't give him fireball value
I think he put the musky in that placemente to prevent an attack for the other line
He played it so Bochum had to fireball it, negating his elixer to play the balloon as jack has already played a hog rider, so he had to defend.
This is insane, not only the gameplay but also the commentary. Well done ash, it would be nice to see some live games from Jack.

Ash how would you counter a Bowler, Graveyard, freeze deck with Jack's deck. I always seem to have trouble with them since they always freeze my tower and cannon. Should I consider changing fireball for poison?

first deal with support troops with musketeer and ice golem, place cannon opponent freezes, place another ice golem to block, then log

CWA Mobile Gaming you couod get someone like mugi who speaks both languages to be a translator. You could edit out the parts where the translator speaks so as to net let the vidoe drag on or something like that idk
CWA Mobile Gaming hi Ash I’ve been enjoying your content for my improvement on my game play. And I have a proposal for u, which may be helpful for his wishes.
I’m Japanese, so obviously I can understand Japanese and I think I can translate Japanese into English (never tried to translate simultaneously but been studying abroad.) I don’t know Jack in person but if you can contact him I am willing to help him explain. I’ve been watching so many CR commentaries and familiar with CR game mechaniques.(around 4900 trophies) So no worries on CR terminologies.
And I’d say my pronounciations understandable for native viewers ( most of foreigners give me compliments on my English, some said sounded like natives tho I don’t think so.)
So, if you don’t wanna bother finding translators or if you’re having issues and troubles on finding someone who can translate, let me help u :)

I started playing 2. 6 hog cycle after your first video with Jack. my car just still a little under level but I was able to make it to 4500 trophies so far. still learning some of the harder matchups, you can have Jack on every video that wouldn't hurt my feelings at all

keep bringing him on from time to time. u rarely see such flawless next lvl gameplay. i play the deck myself and know how hard these match ups are. saw the lavaloon trick last time and practised it. he makes it look so easy but its really hard- even knowing these tricks

Jack made me have a whole new second account dedicated to 2.6 This is for sure the oldest surviving deck by miles. This deck was made back in 2016 and is still used by Jack beating counters left and right.
Even though I don't play it for more than a year, because I wanted to focus on my private life, it's pleasure to watch such a gorgeous plays - last rep, gosh, it's hard to believe how he pulled that off. Pure skill and flawlessness. Respect!

Hello Ash I hope your having a good afternoon,
I personally enjoy and find a lot of value in watching Jacks gameplay. As you said before if you want to learn positioning and timing this is the deck to do it. No push can go unanswered, making you constantly think about : elixir trade, counters, etc.. these are skills that will help players improve with any deck. It also gives you a good idea of how to counter cards at a very early point in the game. Personally when I began I relied on my opponents mistakes to win instead of focusing on my own gameplay.

Great video as always ash! Although I feel like you did forget another difficult matchup for this deck: xbow. Or for that matter, any fast cycle deck with a tesla. Also Vulkan already shared the balloon pulling technique with the cannon not only on the hog cycle video where you invited him on, but also on his own hog cycle video.
Hey ash, I have lots of trouble beating xbow because of how Strong xbow is with Tesla. I think some replays against xbow (for non beat down decks) would be very helpful. Anyways, love your content and keep up the good work.
Use a slow card with high hp to tank the x bow and attack the other side, the tesla wont hit you
I actually learnt that about lavaloon a few weeks ago from Vulkan. The Game play was awesome but I would have liked to see a blueprint against some of the more common decks like Golem and giant's too. You've had Jack here 3 times now please bring an Xbow player like dark light back again. Thanks Ash ;)

I'd like to see a video with jack beating lava loon like 5 times in a row. It seems like, besides the formula you pointed out, it depends a lot on timing. How does he ensure that the balloon is right there when the lava hound pops every time so that he can clip it with the fireball? If the balloon was played a little later or earlier or still had a little more health, then the fireball on the pups may not also take out the balloon, potentially allowing a hit. I wonder if you can get some insight from Jack on this point.

You should do a matchup blueprints series where you talk about one very popular deck, e.g. 2.6, lavaloon, bait, and you get the respective pro on, e.g. jack, Bochum, dergha, surgical, etc. And get them to talk, or if not just show how to deal with hard very specific matchups, I know what I saw with the lavaloon matchup was content with a lot of potential

I reinstalled the game. Looked at one of my old decks, and found out that I had exactly the same deck with the exception of lightning instead of fireball.
