Very nice review. I love the outtakes at the end with the Benny Hill theme song, Yakety Sax playing in the background. So what I have learned, when you order a Thunder Slot, make sure you order a set of grub screws for the body.
Beautiful cars. I have the blue one and it really is that much more impressive in person. It also runs so nice on plastic and wood after some tuning. I put a set of the thunderslot rubber slicks on the back and they performed even better on both surfaces than the treaded tires that come on it.
#52 may be the best looking T'Slot in the stable. Love that blue. Question - are you running a non-Carrera controller? If not, what brake setting do you prefer on your track at the CU? Tip: Stock chassis flexing is great for non-mag cars, but getting the harder chassis if running with magnets makes a huge positive difference also.

Nice review ledge, I didn't know what those for holes were for but now you mention it, it makes perfect sense....... I wonder how many people just reached for their Thunderslots to check for those holes 😂😂😂
Very helpful video. You mentioned that you were going to change the guide. I was wondering which guide you may have used. My Thunderslot Lola makes a scraping noise on my Carrera track, and it seems to be coming from the guide. Thanks
Jorge, the front body posts on mine were very much tight/stuck with flashing. About 3 filing sessions. Agreed about the chassis, these TS chassis are what I like to call taffy-like.
Beware lots of complaints about the tires. And I have a complaint about the rim. My tire fell off turn number 3. With a brand new thunder slot and revealed the tires. Defective and pare shape like everyone else's, but my rim is oxidized. Absolute garbage.
