As a Catalan who's been to Port Aventura, to me the most important thing if you go there from may/june to september, is protecting yourself from the sun, I live in Barcelona but the weather in the more southern part of Catalonia can be unbearable in the summer, I didn't get to ride any rollercoaster because I already felt really bad and dizzy because of the sun exposure. So perhaps bring a lightweight hat you can pack away in your bag easily when the time for a ride comes, sunscreen, water, sunglasses, you'll spend a lot more time than you'd think walking around in circles under direct sunlight for a long time and feel worse and worse the longer you're there. And I was there in June I can't imagine what July or August must be like but if you can avoid going in the summer altogether, much better.
I’m doing 3 days here in July and I’m nervous about heat and queues. But I’m also super excited for everything. I’m getting unlimited express on the final day too
Thanks for the video , i just wanted to ask is it enough a day to finish the whole place ? And do u know what time it closes on weekend cuz i think 6;30 is very early
If you want to do both parks, 2 days is probably best! Especually if you want to get on everything. We'd recommend checking opening times on their official wevsite on the days you plan to visit, as they can change. Some weekends they stay open until 11pm, for example.
Another thing about the no1 tip if you are like me and dont like water there is a really nice drink called aquarius it is like a juice mixed with water but it is really flavourful and there is 2 flavours lemon and orange and is a really good alternative to water
Shambhala gets long queues later in the day so maybe head straight there! They actually both have single riders queues within the queues that you can use!
When is your next visit to PortAventura? 😍
Next month 🙂 first time for me, can't wait.
Have the best time 😍
In the beginning of October. I'm excited!
So jealous! Have a great time 😀
Exciting!

i recomend going the first days of school. It's SO much quieter and gets shorter wait times
Nice tips! I visit PortAventura quite often and going to China as soon as the park opens is really useful to save time
Thanks! Definitely the best way to start the day 😃

Same here. I luckily got express passes for all three days and am going exclusively on weekdays, but the heat still something that slightly worries me
@@jaristoppelenburg I’m doing weekdays too. Considering I hate heat, I am concerned
@@twistedcoasters1533 take care and look out after yourself! Hope the heat doesn’t spoil your fun too much!

No mention of staying in an on-site hotel to get fast passes?
You do realise how expensive those hotels are?
@@Strutsss Do I?
I'm staying at one. What's the news with fast passes?

I'm going for 1 day in August and am focused on the coasters - should I do Red Force or Shambhala first?
Shambhala gets long queues later in the day so maybe head straight there! They actually both have single riders queues within the queues that you can use!
Hi how much entry free for the day
0:37 sounds funny out of content lol
Don't go to the back of the park immediately... the coasters there open later than park opening hours...
In not in Barcelona. It's in the province of Tarragona, inside Catalonia. No Barcelona anywhere ;)
It's near Barcelona though, which is what was said.

Instructions unclear, I'm in another country now
😂
This is so random are you Irish? 😂
Yes! 🇮🇪
