- Samsung One UI 7 Samsung’s next big software update will be based on Android 15. We don’t have all the details on One UI 7 yet, but most of the Android 15 features will make their way into it. So, by looking at what’s new in Android 15, we can guess what One UI 7 will include. What I want is. 1. Good battery life 2. Great animations, meaning I want the software to feel alive. That's it.

with the one UI 6.1, the animations on my Galaxy S21 5G became so smooth it made my eyes watery 😮❤
on s series. on the a series phones oneui is unbareable

I just won't leave Samsung mainly because of Good Lock. Have had vertical app drawer with Nova Launcher for years & years!
We need auto brightness toggle right next to brightness adjustment bar in notification panel. Just like the Chinese ones.
I would want AOD in landscape mode and the notification panel swipe down style like it was from OneUI 4.1 to OneUI 5.1
You can do the aod landscape, go to notifications, and long press your auto rotate, then turn on the lockscreen. Then when you go to landscape, your aod should be too.
I wish they could add some particular option in goodlock to change the notification panel just like 5.1.😢

They really need to update the outdated icons on the top, like the wifi icon. Maybe give us an option to change it in good lock.

One ui lacks face unlocking but used only for notifications, very useful feature i had on huawei
I wont trust face unlock on my phone but being able just to see notifications with face unlock is a game changer!!

One of the features I enjoyed is the system. We're if the detectives of what's stealing your phone. You would automatically lock. Even if you tried to reset the device itself, it would not work. This feature is the most useful thing ever. And it's a useful security system. I mean, there will be a moment where someone who said to steal your phone and access whatever it is on there. So having this is a very important feature. It's a great option In my opinion, it's a great option. And it should be standard for all models. My dad wouldn't enjoy this very much.
Are there any design changes like under display camera on the S25U? Like how they did it on the Fold Series?
The vertical app drawer is the WORST thing known to mankind. It's worse than Apple's home page. If you have more than 40-50 apps, it's a nightmare to organise yourself. Having all your apps on your home screen defeats the purpose of the app drawer. Alphabetically doesn't work because if you don't know the name, having to scan all apps is just so long.
You might feel worst, for me it is the best thing.
It's the worst thing for you, I and a lot of other ppl use the vertical drawer. Do not put mankind in something called preference. It's your preference not everyone's

Been saying this ever since the quick settings panel catastrophy of One UI 6 ‐ let us rearrange (or like in iOS18, also resize) the toggles (and remove the media toggles). Bring back the essence of One UI by having that viewing space at the upper half part of the quick settings.
Other than that, new and modern icons (slight 3D bevels) and animations.

will there be a Vividness slider in android ui 7 for all phones from the s 23 series because since they made ui 6 some copies I also noticed mine that the colors of the icons have deteriorated, they are washed out, they are not so saturated Vividness is already in the s24 ultra series but they should add it in the new android ui 7 for everyone, it would improve color saturation, I don't understand why they just added this option only on s 24 ultra, it's unfair

When I'm listening to music and notifications are coming, they interrupt my listening by cutting down the music for seconds and prioritize the notifications, it would be nice to have an option for the phone to prevent this.
Just switch to vibration mode for that while.

For those of you who are switch to S24 Ultra make sure you see exactly what Samsung is giving. Why? For example, It says they give 750 in exchange for S23 U but is not true. When you choose the S23 U and the sistem subtract it just give you like 550 or less for your S23 U. The system doesn't allow the phone to go under 450 aprox. If you don't believe me try it yourself. This apply to any exchange. So, is not worth it. We are 6 months away from S25 so I suggest to wait until the next or just stay with your phone until a really good deal.

Add Modification and Change Center to control Samsung devices. Please add this feature.

I am using s24 ultra since 3 month battery backup is wrost when i charge to 100 it will goes to 99 when i removed charger only 4 hour screen on time so disappointing 😢
