- Our ever-popuar "On the Road" series returns, this time we journey to Hamilton, OH, the home of such illuminaries as Joe Nuxhall and Ray Combs (you know, the Family Feud guy that killed himself). This is the third episode of our first season and it's so awesome that it had to be split into two parts. Make sure you watch both of them for maximum enjoyment.
Season two is coming this spring!
thanks for the tour
yea.. when i was growing up i never took into consideration that things weren't permanent .. - nowadays it seems like businesses are closing, changing, etc. on a monthly basis.. - i grew up an east sider (an am still one at heart) but reside on the west side now.. - Flubbs is one of the highlights about being on this side of the bridge.. - thanks for the comment and kind words..
Nice video! I used to live in Lindenwald. I have not been back to Hamilton in years, actually around the same time this video was made🤣. I forgot they demolished Mercy. I have heard that they have been slowly fixing up different parts of Hamilton.
This is great! My ole pal Mr. K woulda loved this.
OMG! I grew up in Hamilton but I went to Jefferson Elem. then, Madison Elem, then we moved to the West side and went to Lincoln Elem. I was so sad to find out they were torn down /: I LOVE FLUBBS AND JOLLY'S!
Very cool I'm a Hamiltonian
don't know where i got the '59 flood from.. - i recall the 1913 one you mention.. - i think the info i quoted was from a plaque at the hamilton miami campus.. - thanks for checking out the video.. - glad you enjoyed it!
