I've worked for Theatres in the private sector and they are really fast paced compared to the NHS. Three days straight bank shift ko as an Ortho Scrub, di ko na nafefeel legs ko. Maybe siguro private is okay for General Surgery and other specialities that have less than 5 trays to open and setup, or perhaps Anaesthetic Nurse ka or Recovery. But definitely not for Elective Orthopaedics.
