Correction- NHS contributes 14.3% based from basic pay. Pension of nhs staff would be employee contribution (% varies depending on salary)+ employer contribution 14.3%
Does this mean the employer contribution is 14.3% regardless of the basic pay of the employee?

Saya sana kung di ban sa Pinas pag-alis ng nurses, yung tipong nagpakahirap ka pasa mga exams na mahal para isang nurse dito sa Pinas dahil sa liit ng sahod, tagal mo pinag hirapan tapos pipigilan ka lang, 7years na po ng serbisyo dito sa Pinas bilang kontraktwal Nurse lang siguro naman po sapat na yun tulong sa bayan wag na pigilan.

You can choose whereever you want to be. Even before thr OSCE. It all depends what you apply for

Bale freelance ka. May third party na company ka (agency) that sends nurses to different hospitals na kailangan ng staff for a day or a week or whatever. Pinaka mataas ang pay nila usually pero kailangan palagi ka magwowork para makaipon
