Churros - sweet perfection!

Ingredients needed for the dough:
* 1.2 dl of water
* 1.2 dl of milk
* 100g of butter
* 120g of flour
* 4 eggs
* a bit of salt
for chocolate sauce:
* 150g of dark chocolate
* 2dl of whipped cream
* 10g of vanilla sugar
for coating:
* 200g of sugar
* 10g of vanilla sugar
* 10g of cinnamon
* sunflower oil for frying
Approximate preparation time 60 minutes.
