Ingredients needed:

3 egg whites
4 tablespoons of sugar
for topping:
1l of milk
3 egg yolks
6 tablespoons of sugar
20g of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
oil for frying
Approximate preparation time 40 minutes.
