I love this car I’ve got number 14. Personally I like it better than my yokomo and MST. Was not expecting it to be as good as it is especially for the price point. They definitely knocked it out of the park with this one.
join my Fb group for Hannya owners if you arent already a member. facebook.com/groups/980456946219226 i preordered mine the opening day and got #190 then found out the numbers were random and didnt matter when you ordered when it came to getting a lower chassis number
@@RCVOODOO yeah I wasn’t concerned what number I got as long as I was able to get one. I was so impressed with it I was tempted to order another one just to leave on the shelf with it being a limited edition and all.
@@RCVOODOO Dang that is far. Well if you have enough space in your house you can always build one. I, unfortunately, don’t have enough space. But not giving up fully yet on drift cars. I heard some can be set up to run in asphalt or concrete. Just gotta do more research.
I found 3M body adhesive tape works the best. Been on there six months still solid. I’ve tried servo tape hot glue shoe glue nothing else seem to hold worth a crap.
Have you done any tweaking to the gyro/servo/controller settings since USTE? I really belive that might have been the biggest hiccup there. Beautiful chassis!
I haven't. I will get around to it. I need a track or somewhere to test before I can start adjusting and tuning. I did notice my steering EPA 49% though LOL but... I could still get full lock with the gyro off. I guess that's what happens when you just drop it in and don't set anything. 🤷 I'll get it lined out though
Im new to the RC drift scene! I bought one myself and going to take the same journey you did. I just wanted to know if I should install the Onisiki Part# ONI4603 Aluminum Hyper Booster capacitor to the original electronics of the car. My question is do I need it since you didn’t install it on your RC. Just to let you know that is an awesome build. Let me know your thoughts.
i didnt buy the cap pack with the nice design on it because i know the way i was going to run my wires wouldn't allow me to use it but i sure wanted to!! if you havent joined already. we have a Hannya FB group. facebook.com/groups/980456946219226
do you know if the futaba low pro servo is compatible or do you need to buy a onisiki servo? im new to everything and recently purchased this to replace my rmx2.0 and i bought futaba gyro, transmitter and servo.
First put down some aluminum tape then use e6000 / shoe goo or Gorilla glue. (It's all the same stuff ) and glue the magnets to there. You can remove the tape later and never harm the paint
Really like the way you have this car set up! Especially love the way your motor is set up.
Thanks👍
wow, awesome looking rc and sweet setup on it
Thanks bud 👍

Just wondering what mount that is your using for the fan on the motor have a car my self and want to set that fan up like that
Yokomo fan mount
do you know if the futaba low pro servo is compatible or do you need to buy a onisiki servo? im new to everything and recently purchased this to replace my rmx2.0 and i bought futaba gyro, transmitter and servo.
Any servo should work
Does the car come with the post that the fan is on?
No. That's a yokomo fan mount. www.amainhobbies.com/yokomo-yd2-cooling-fan-stay-yoky2-304sma/p1050711
What did you use to glue the magnets

Nice build
Can you provide me the servo and gyro part #?

How does the chassis drift compared to the yd2-sx3 or the rmx 2.0?
Very comparable to my yd2 sxii. I dint have an sxiii. I sold my rmx 2.0 i hated how it felt. Lol
@@RCVOODOO thank you I appreciate your feedback
Man the video doesn’t do the car Justice it’s freaking awesome looking in person
thanks bud
