I'm a widow now of 4 yrs, I have 3 beautiful adult children two daughter's age's 41 yrs old and 30 yrs old .And my son is still home in college he's 23 yrs old. And I don't miss the infant stages no sleep is no joke. but we all get through it. Congrat's on your new baby girl.
24, 22, 20, and 18. My baby girl is a senior! Having 4 in just under 6 years changed me from a cleaning fanatic to a very relaxed person.🤪. All still at home-working and in college. Wonderful years🥰God is good
Im a empty nester and a widow now. Im decluttering and letting go of things. One thing ive learned is to give myself grace the house work and yard work will always be there family wont. Your doing a great job Lauren, I enjoyed hearing you share about what is going on in your life. God bless you and your family.💜🤗🤗
I am an empty nester now with my husband, and my house has never been this clean or organized. My boys are 25, 22, & 19. I'm not bragging about my house, because when they were young, I always felt like a failure and I could never get on top of the house. I totally would have needed a channel like this back in the day to keep my motivated. Now, I just appreciate what you are going through as I've been there, and it makes me long to go back to those days when my boys were little. I live in an old farmhouse that we have almost completely remodeled. When the boys were little, the house was not very functional. I don't miss our old layout, but I would have loved to go back with the house we have now and reraise the boys. Life would have been easier.
22, 21, 14, 2. Yip crazy I know. Had 2 just after high school and the other 2 just came along when I didn't feel done. So was always a home maker but life in South Africa became economically tough for everyone and had ro go back ro work. I work for a company of men that don't have compassion for woman thing so had a C-section with my last baby and went back ro work full time 1 week post partum. It was so rough and the down side of this is that 2 years later I feel like I never fully recovered. But I love my babies and I love my home and try to make time to enjoy it over weekends. Love watching your clips. Keep em coming. Be kind to yourself. My oldest girls are a year apart and what worked for me was having them on the same schedule always.
Hey Friend, Happy Friday. A pumpkin spice latte sounds delicious, I have never made one. 😅 yes we all need breaks and we can’t do everything. When I become a mom my kids will be my first priority. 😊 I start celebrating for Christmas at the end of November; the week of Thanksgiving. I am already halfway done with Christmas shopping and it’s not even November yet. 😅😊 I am definitely a hard worker and I thrive off it. I have to remind myself to take a break and rest. 😅😊
My girls will be 3 on 11/10 so right behind Oliver! I remember those early newborn days like yesterday and all the laundry that would pile up 😵💫 I’m just now getting the hang of doing a load a day and it’s changed my life bc I HATE folding clothes! Way easier to do smaller loads than big ones 🫶🏻 always love your home Lauren, it’s one I just know is so well cared for and full of love! Can’t WAIT for your Christmas decor! It’s my favorite!
I have a 2.5 year old,1.5 year old, and a 6 month old. Give yourself grace. Always try and find ways to make any task easier on yourself. You're doing great!
Great video Lauren my kids are 50, 47 and 45 two boys and a girl . My daughter is in the middle . I have four grandchildren ages 28, 25, 19 and 17 ,2 grandsons and two granddaughters I also have two great grandsons 5 and 1 I am truly blessed. I stayed home with my kids and when they were all in school I went to work at the school they were in. I was home whenever they were it worked out great. 💕
I have one of those marble tower toys in my Amazon cart for the boys for Christmas this year! Love the waffle knit towels in the bathroom. So nuetral and cozy. Can't wait to see your Christmas content this year. 😊
I love your channel and I'm always glad to see one of your videos pop up. I can completely relate to thriving off of being told I'm hard working! I just want to say, if this is you scaling back you're still way ahead of the curve! 😊
3 kids under 3 here and a stay at home mom! I had a boy first and now 2 little girls in a row😍It is so bittersweet how fast they grow!🥹😭❤️🫶🏻You are so amazing Lauren I could have never cared for any amount of my babies AND filmed and edit a video! Enjoy all the sweet moments of loving on 2❤️
My kids are 21, 19, and 15! All still at home. Two in college and a high-school sophomore. I work from home mostly. My youngest is in sports and other activities so we are still really busy. God bless you and your family. Enjoy this time because it goes by fast!
They are now 36 and 33. My husband was active duty Navy at the time. So we had many deployments where he was gone for months at a time. You figure it out, get on your own routine. I was big on routine and schedule. Makes life easier on everyone. I was a stay at home mother and loved it. Now I’m a grandma and loving it all over again. The saying the days are long but the years are short is very true. Enjoy! ☺️❤️
My kids are 7 year old boy and 6 month old girl! I am happy to have my boy and girl too! I also said after my daughter was born that I wanted to have another baby but as she gets older I think my views are changing! I don’t know how you get so much done! I feel like I am still struggling to get anything done! ❤
Lauren, I had a thought, my friend uses an ironing board in her washroom because it doesn’t take up a lot of room and as she takes them out of the dryer, she just folds them or puts them in a basket on that and then when she gets a chance she can move the basket to the top of the dryer and fold them in the laundry room. Thus there’s not piles of laundry in your living room or bedroom or whatever. Instead hidden in the laundry room. Just a thought.
15 months and 3 months here. 😅🫠🤪 I laugh at myself when I think about how I used to think getting things accomplished with one child was hard. Hahaha. Love your videos so much, Lauren!
My son will be 3 at the end of December and I just had my girl 2 days ago! We’re home now and I totally agree with you, I didn’t know how easy it is with just one 😂 although I feel much more confident this time around. I’m so excited to have her home though and starting our new normal.
Having the birthday party out of the house will make it so much easier for you at this time of your life. In the words of TH-camr Laura Vitali - Do what brings you joy. If Decorating in November brings you joy, then go for it!
We have a son. He is 17. We have 2 fur kitty babies (boy and a girl) and we also had my son's best friend basically living with us off and on for years, his home life wasn't good and sadly he took his own life in April😢. Today would be his 18th birthday. Please send good vibes to him and our son. He misses him tremendously.
I have 1 boy and 3 girls! My son is 15.5 and my girls are 13,11,&8! I cried looking at old videos of them just yesterday! Time is flying! Take videos of them not just pictures! Hearing their voices melts my momma heart! ♥️
You're doing great Lauren, spend all the time you can with your babies!! We always expect too much out of ourselves than we do others. We wouldn't expect our friend's houses to be perfect when we go visit but we want ours to be when someone comes. I'm decorating for Christmas November 1st and I can't wait!!! Have a great weekend!!!
My daughters are 26 and 28. My 28 year old will be 29 in December. They are 2 years and 10 months apart in age. I also was a stay at home mom and it’s definitely one of the hardest jobs ,but definitely the most rewarding. You are doing a fantastic job!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Wow! Oliver will be 3! 🥳🚛 that will be a fun theme! 🍂 You are doing great Lauren finding your pace and routine that work for you right now. 🍂 I also decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving but it seems so late in November this year. So I am decorating Nov. 1st. I am so excited! Can’t wait for your Christmas videos coming up! 🎄
My friend you are doing an amazing job, I’m happy to hear that you are taking care of your self and resting ❤ thank you for the reminder of giving us grace to our selfs and take some time to recharge and to enjoy life with our love ones ❤️ have a blessed day!!!
Lauren u r doing amazing I love ur videos. U r a wonderful momma. I have 4 girls 14 9 6 and 10 mts. It is extremely overwhelming over here. U got this sister.
Please remember to take care of yourself physically and mentally, it’s okay to say you’re tired and talk about things and cry if need be. I have one suggestion that I did for myself, make your laundry loads smaller. You will have more loads but for me smaller loads were easier to manage and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by laundry. I “tried” to fold in the laundry room and put away as soon as I could. I was keeping up but just on a smaller scale!! Just a suggestion that might help.
I might skip decorating for Thanksgiving & go right to Christmas !! I feel ya this year! Enjoy it longer! Why not? Life is way too short! Do what makes you happy, Lauren! Do a garbage truck theme at the trampoline park so you can decorate next wknd in your home for Christmas 😂❤💚
Definitely give yourself grace! As long babies are safe and happy that laundry can wait, i had to hire house cleaning service once a month to help because life gets hectic. I have a 14, 3, 2 and 30wks pregnant 😅 my husband helps taking over once he gets home with the little ones while I take my oldest to dance class.
Hi Lauren. You are doing an AMAZING job! I have one daughter. She is 25, a high school social worker, and married to her high school sweetheart. Blessed beyond measure to call that girl mine.
Hi, You can have a large baskets (the size of a hamper) in the corner of your laundry room for clean clothes and put your hang up pile of clean clothes on the dryer. This way your clothes will not affect your living room. 😊
I have a newly 2-year-old daughter and a baby boy due in February! So excited to have a boy and girl too! But I already have anxiety about the no sleeping again since my toddler sleeps from 7:30p-8am so easy.
I have a 6 year old boy. For a long time after he was born I didn’t want to have more kids, but I’ve recently changed my mind on that. I love putting your videos on while I work from home. Cleaning tends to happen here over my lunch break or after work.
I have two boys, one is 14, and the other is 9. I often long for the days when they needed me more, but when I was in the thick of it, I longed for even a moment to myself.
I raised 2 boys and my burn out came when they were out of the house and I was in my late forties. I also found out around that time I have autoimmune disease RA) so I let lots go these days and it drives me crazy! Lol
I have a freshmen in college and a senior in high school. I must say, I think when they were younger it was easier. They were with me and we did everything together. Now they're making life decisions and planning their future. Stresses me out.... lol
We have 14-year old boy/girl twins, but we also have a 40 y/o daughter and 36 y/o son and three grandchildren. I didn’t get to stay home with my first two, I was a labor and delivery nurse for many years which I loved, but I wanted an opportunity to have children and stay home to raise them so that’s why we had the twins, and it’s been a true joy to be present with them.😊 Maybe do a toy rotation with Oliver, and store some in the garage .
We have a seven year that I am homeschooling as well. I have definitely been feeling unmotivated to do much with our house. It’s just overwhelming sometimes but I know that I will feel better once we have a clean home. ❤
Never too early for Christmas decor! I’ve been so tempted myself this year that I found a way to get my tree up early and just made it a fall tree for now! 😂 Can’t wait to see that video!!
That’s so tight we have tendency to think we have to get all of it done. We have different phases of life. I’m now watching my grand babies. So it’s like me having to remember that new borns take a lot of time, and this will change quickly. So we need to enjoy these moments of time. So good for you taking that time to enjoy your babies it goes by fast. Can’t wait for your next video. Have a good weekend.
I’m at 39 year old mom to an 11 year old boy, 8 year old girl & 7 year old girl! Busy taking care of my disabled husband, my little butts (that’s what I call my kids) & my home! ❤❤🩵🩷💜

I have 3 kids then adopted one (my great niece). My youngest was 17 teen when I adopted a 2 year old what was I thinking!! It was a emergency situation. Then when I was in my 50's I had to raise my 3 grandkids. Loved it though. So here I am in my 70' and just got a 15 year old left. Maybe one day I can stop raising kids. But I had a great life. 😊
I have just one daughter who turned 40 in May. I would have loved to have one or 2 more, but that wasn't in the cards for me. She however has 3 kids, so I have sweet grandkids to shower with lots of love.

She also home schools and to take care of her kids and make sure the house is clean, laundry, and making dinner it's hard so I understand it's hard. But just take it day by day ok

Hi,
You can have a large baskets (the size of a hamper) in the corner of your laundry room for clean clothes and put your hang up pile of clean clothes on the dryer. This way your clothes will not affect your living room. 😊

❤❤❤ hi Lauren I'm so happy to see you at your vlog. Hugs ❤❤❤❤😊
My kids are 50 and 48 they were 2years and 4 months apart my son who is the older one wouldn't sleep at night until he was around 4 years old so i would nap when they both naped i did housework in the evenings after my hubby got home after work make sure to give yourself grace sweety👼👣🍼🧡
I have a girl 26 and boy 25. With two grand children boy 8 and girl 4. Blessed by God for my family.
My kids 25, 23 & 17. My 23yr old is also on the severe end of the autism spectrum and that brings it's own unique challenges.
My boys are 43 and 42. 16 months apart. It was tough when they were growing up . I was a full time dental assistant so they went to day. That’s how everyone rolled in those days. No tube or internet. We needed 2 full time salaries to live.

Awesome video!! Thank you for the motivation!! I sure wish you lived close to Georgia! We own a Hydraulic sales, service and repair shop! Ollie would have the best time here!! 😁🤓🙋♀️🫶🤗🤟

Curious, instead of the bookshelves in the living room why not use it as an area for toys? Like the play kitchen.
Maybe put Oliver’s chair and ottoman in the living room. Yes it looks cute in the bedroom, but maybe the play space and toys in there would be better.
Beautiful! And I love this song you played at the very end. I’m a musician. Do u know what song that is?? Love it!
I loved your videos ❤
Good morning and happy Friday
I have a 4 year old boy and a 2 year old girl we though we where done but I’m pregnant with baby 3 ❤ and this is the last one 😊
Your nails are beautiful. What do you ask for at the salon? Need to get mine done. Thank you. :)
Great motivation

I'm a empty nester, l have two kids, boy and girl now 35 and 38, l just had my beautiful two grandchildren here 18 months and 4 years old their also boy and girl. Its amazing how the rules have changed with grandchildren, they run and play in the good living, finger prints all over the windows.
