- The Grand Big Mac is back! If you ask me though, it isn't exactly the grandest thing I've ever seen on a fast food menu. So I thought I'd knock together something worthy of the name.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Judging by how 1 grand mac has around 741 calories (according to McDonalds) you can calculate he brought + ate roughly 10 grand big Macs judging by the calories in total

After decades of a personal ban on McDonald's because they're non-food, Big Macs have become my favorite thing to eat in the past year. At 5'6 and 118lbs I can easily eat 3 with 2 LG fries. Or more. Man, that looks so good. Great job!!

I'm 50 and I've never seen the Grand Mac here in the U.S. I've tried to ask Mc Donalds were their meat comes from and they wouldn't tell me so I quit buying food from them.

I know when I did work at McDonald's we would always season the bigger meat more thoroughly, and it was usually taking better care of considering we didn't sell as much as the smaller one, so you would get them fresher too.
Achievement Hunter made a Monster Mac would love to see Beard try that in the future!
This just reminds me of when I used to work at McDonald's and we used to make sandwiches like that for fun, but I don't think we ever made it that big 😂. Epic!!!
