Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I've had my Xmas Decs up since October 18th, it makes me happy seeing them every day :D and after a crappy year, why nottttt
Every store here that's not still closed has had their Christmas decorations up for several weeks.
I think there's so much energy and stress and time and effort that goes into Christmas for a lot of people. From buying presents to decorating to ordering food and wrapping not to mention the shopping in packed shops (eek covid's dream 😅). Then it's all over so quickly and people often slip into a depressing comedown after spending too much money, putting on too much weight, having to write a card to the office ponce even though you hate him, dealing with bleak, dark winter months that follow etc. And let's face it, there's a global pandemic, we have to wear something over our mouths and noses most of the time now even though that's against our instinctive survival mechanisms 😂 ffsss. Mayday mayday. Our bodies are thinking "Wtf is this stupid bitch doing? We are trying to get rid of the C02 not breathe it back in, why is she trying to suffocate? Always knew I got a bum deal getting stuck with this idiot" etc. Lol.
