What is so special about Tavtimanovo, the village under the hill?
Well, everything is special.
You can only breathe fresh air.
You can find peace and tranquillity. Clear your mind. Get away from the crowds of the city.
The beautiful scenery, although there is no lake or river, but lots of greeneries that can feed your eyes.
Simplicity. I don't know about you. But for me, simplicity and minimalism bring joy.
You can walk and walk and walk without interruption.
You can have fewer neighbours. But, they can become real friends who care.
You can grow your own vegetables and fruits. Organic produce, nothing like it in the city.
Village life can be very healthy. You may not get sick.

Agree, Sofi. My parents retired in a beautiful small village in Palestine. We used to visit them frequently. They lived their most relaxed, healthy years in the village. They quickly made friends with everyone. They took care of a little garden. In short, quality of life improved. They passed away in the village.

I could really enjoy living in this town of 2,000. I love small towns . I missed the live tour as I was mowing the lawn and pruning bushes.
Very funny! It is the same reaction of locals in a small town in America. If someone walked around taking pictures and speaking a foreign language they would be suspicious and some people would freak out a little! Funny. In small towns/villages if someone sneezes the whole town knows about it in 10 minutes!😅

This was a beautiful video! For us it was a nice change from city streets. In Pennsylvania (where we used to live) it is similar as there are many small cabins in the mountains. Some families keep one for themselves but others rent them out. We often enjoyed a week in a cabin in summer near the small town of Wellsboro and this reminded us of that. A peaceful escape. Hope you enjoyed your time there!

Nice, peaceful village. It will be nice if the local administration pave some side roads and better maintain the main paved roads. I notice holes in the pavement. It might get muddy when it’s raining
Расстояния большие, очень дорого получается. Но кажется отсыпано щебнем, нормально, не грязно
В начале эфира больше похоже на дачный поселок. На дачах люди в основном не живут или во всяком случае зимой не живут. Зимой, если только на Новый Год приезжают. 🤷♀️😊😊
Дачи теперь в основном полноценные дома (газ, интернет, ...) круглогодичного проживания.

@@baklykovlive Спасибо! Тубян - низкий, по рельефу. Вспомнила, как бабушка называла конец улицы " тубян очта", ну надо же, сколько лет прошло! Таутубян, похоже, на "низкая, плоская гора".

Как же у Вас красиво!!! Даже старенькие дома такие милые. Хотя деревянные дома долго стоят, это не какой то каркасник из го.на и палок😂. У меня дача (дом в деревне) на ст. Тауш, уже не то, город близко.🙁

@@Dhhdudgdjjrldk на видео много хороших домов. Многие в процессе постройки. Два новейших магазина, пунко Вайлдбериз, новая аптека. В прошлом году построили новое кафе "Уют", офис Сбербанка, железнодорожная станция. Как видишь, прекрасно работает LTE как от Мегафона, так и от МТС. Разумеется, есть бедные люди в этой деревне. Но ничего даже близкого к "тотальным" показателям.
Тотальным скудоумием и горелым салом смердит от вашего комментария.
