@@terrarianrobotguy47 Yeah. It reaches a point where you can just spend the ENTIRE DAY, over and over again, just farming, eating, sleeping, creating living logs, crafting items using those logs, and then just repeat that process as much as possible.
"players hate it" - What? That's how 50% of players kill him, especially in worlds over 100 days. The other 40% are the ones killing him with Swamp, at the beginning; the usual. The final 10% are, again, the players in worlds over 100 days, that don't mind a little tussle, as entertainment.
@@VG-fk6nk early game i tank deerclops with a football helmet or two, pierogies and cactus. Or kite him on a beefalo with a bit more cooked cactus. Late game i kite him with a beequeen crown. I thought thats what most people did. I like staying mobile and would hate to need a huge trap field like this.
@@tess2082 Traps are more or less the most pro-strategy, I don't know why you don't use them. I play on a server with a couple of pals, and hound attacks past day 100 can be brutal. (We're on day 1100-something by the way.) But with a trap pit, they're a joke. Same for D-clops, Bearger, and that one Moose nearby. We don't *always* use the pit to kill the giants or the hounds, as sometimes we are indeed out of position, so we tank and kite, but like... having the pit is far better than not. Saves time and resources.
