This is a real game changer - like you I don’t code, but this makes so many options available. Thank you so much for uploading this.
    Great presentation as always.

Thanks David! I completely agree - this opens up so many new options, and it's incredible that I could build this without knowing how to code!

This is an excellent video! I have migrated all our company's resources from Google Sheets to Airtable in the span of a few weeks, increasing the productivity of our Sales department. That being said, I am very much a novice when it comes to Airtable, besides being bad at coding. That sounds like a bad combo, doesn't it? However, Airtable and Zapier are making my life a breeze. I find your presentation incredibly useful and will watch more of your videos!

Glad it was helpful! I think you have all the necessary skills to make this transition! I am not a strong coder myself. Although coding skills can help, they are not a requirement!

JavaScript is the language Airtable uses for scripts

Thanks for the video. I wonder if the scripts (codes) at 9:13 are HTML? If not, which language? Thanks!

This looks super interesting! Thanks for the explanation, Gareth! Great work🙏🏽❤️ Do you know if there is a way to translate the english date names (January 21) to other languages (I need German format which is 21. Januar 2021)? I tried to use a DATETIME formula and it gives me the format I want but it won‘t translate the month

Yes! If it's a date field type, you can change the formatting to European. If that's not enough, you can use a DATETIME_FORMAT formula to make the date display however you'd like! Check out the Airtable support docs for more help here: support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/216141218-Supported-format-specifiers-for-DATETIME-FORMAT

Well, you could do the same thing much easier in Coda, as you can basically do everything much easier in coda. Really weird. My journey went from Notion to airtable and now to coda and i think i ll stuck with it. Cheers

Interesting! When we tried Coda a couple years ago, they said they could handle 50k+ records. We built a project for a client on their software and it totally broke - it couldn't handle the volume of data. It was a terrible experience for us, so we left and never looked back.
But if it meets your needs, that's awesome - I think there's a no-code tool out there for everyone, based on needs and preferences.
