I actually dont mind those kind of balcony's
If the salad and drink bar were switched it be the same thing... you would have to walk all the way to the front to get your drink and to the back to eat
Where the bar is up front, we get our drink as we walk in then go to back and get our food. Bar in front is also convenient for people passing by to just get a drink. This set up is dysfunctional and they never designed any more like this again.

Love the bar in the back of the windjammer!
It’s got it’s advantages for those dining in that area.
We rarely eat in the Windjammer. Last cruise was 12 nughts, might have had a btkreafast and a lunch. Our daughter gets grossed out by watching others poor hygiene practices.

It still a cruise and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. I prefer the newer ships though.
