The Shadow plort Sundial thing are the treasure pods now. I've already seen folks ask for a nerf to the plort requirement for these pods being so high. I will miss hunting for those treasure plorts.
maybe have the shaddow slimes where you can ranch them but they disappear after so many plorts so you still have to go find them but it makes the grind abit less and livestream sounds good
I will say, that when I was looking for all the treasure pods I got a lot of the resources. And a guide for where I have found the resources, oil is in the waterfall and lava area of Ember Valley, lava dust is in the lava area of EV, silky sand is on the coasts of Starlight Strand, wild honey and beeswax are found mostly in SS but some can be found in the palm trees of EV, deep brine is on the waters edge in Rainbow Fields, jelly stone is in the higher elevation of RF, radiant ore is just about every where in both EV and SS. Also if you are out of space but still see resources, harvest them and leave them on the ground as they don’t despawn as far as I can tell, and the resource node still respawns in a couple of days.
Hint about something: there is another type of main entrance to the Grey labyrinth on the map that I really suggest you find. Also I will say that I do really like the old really useful things that existed in lime rancher 1. But also if they just re added all that stuff than what would even be the point in playing the 1st game. Sure the world is cool and the few slimes that haven't returned are also. But there wouldn't really be a point in playing the 1st game. Which is probably why they didn't re add it.
@@thegreywolf283 the story is good but would you spend $5 on slime rancher one just for the story? there has to be more of a reason to play the 1st than just story, the whole game is ranching and having differences from 1st to 2nd game is needed is all im trying to say.
I really miss the bee drones, its a lot of work to feed and farm slimes/plorts, and i totally agree about the shadow slimes if we need a lot of plorts for each day/night things, we should be able to do that in our conservatory instead of chasing them around when they instantly run away and despawn after a few seconds
First, I'd like to say I love watching most of your videos. I don't comment very often but at the end of the video it got me thinking a little criticism could help. I noticed your steamer vison is very strong but thats fun. It gets the audience involved. But as for the developers they make the games so people keep playing them not so streamers can fart out videos real fast and show the content. So with that said I do appreciate when you say you did a little off stream farming. Kind of like an employee clocking in some overtime! Hope that helps a little keep up the good work!
I would love it if there was a plot that we can build in the new ranch area. Something where it's got the 3 extraction devices from 1... And the drop ratios r the same as in 1
@@mikaelhoward8127 and we know how grabby tangle slimes get at times, am I right? Something bizarre that I've noticed is that tangle slimes will still try to grab plorts that aren't theirs even with tarr disabled. (Or at least that's what's happening when I temporarily turned tarr off...)
Hey z I wonder if you feed a shadow port to another slime if it'll become a mix slime like a twin shadow slime and that's how you can farm shadow plorts

Either they will add shadow sureshot, or nerf the doors from 25, 50, 75 plorts to 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 plorts
The non-door shadow-port sundial things are the treasure pods in the Grey labyrinth

You remind me of blitz I remember watching his slime rancher videos from a couple years ago. those were good times
My mom said the same. We oftentimes watched Blitz a long time ago. Fynnpire as well. :)
Z1 that door requires 50 shadow ports to open and most other shadow ports requirements need 25 for some 50 or 70 for them too much to grind for

I don't understand how that would make playing the first game pointless, the first game has it's own story separate from it's sequel

I believe the shadow plort things are the treasure pods in the labyrinth. When you look on the map, it shows how many there are
Your actually giving me a reason to watch now thanks
6:30 Bro legit sounds like Kermit it caught me off-guard 💀
They defo need to make shadow plorts farmable or add a shadow sure-shot

Bro I love this game thank you for playing it the way you want don't listen to anyone and enjoy yourself i enjoy those videos the most ❤❤❤❤
I agree with you I think the Shadows should be able to be catched
21:58 i agree! the shadow plort req. and resource gathering needs to be improved!
You actually can stand on trees if you hit them right

Yes to live stream!

Oh i wish i can play slime rancher 2
climbing on trees is doable
The devs were so sick of the comments about picking up the projectors that they updated the game to pick them up for him 😂😂
Can you please take care of your slimes on the farm? I feel horrible about them starving😢
has anyone tried to make a largo with the shadow plorts?
It doesn't work, nor do prisma plorts for that matter.
Tried it with a tangle didn't even acknowledge that the shadow plort was there

nice vid me like
U should do a new no man's sky series
Can you not feed a shadow plot to a slime you are ranching?
Shadow plorts don't combine with anything, nor do prisma plorts for that matter.
can you play BIGFOOT please
20 minute gang 👇🏻

That's not possible, shadow plorts don't combine with anything. Prisma plorts don't combine either.
I was the first at two minutes
