    I simply love this video! I'm gonna try this activity in the room i work in and with a larger group at the end of the day this upcoming week! This activity is 'simple', straight forward, do-able, and a crucial building block to other things!!!!

      Being barefoot is good for sensory and developing motor function. We are actually not meant to wear shoes it’s like constantly wearing a cast on our arms

    Kids not focusing isn't called ADHD, it's called childhood.

      ADHD is more than just not focusing is an impairment of executive functions. this concludes skills such as planning problem solving time management in many other basic life skills. Do some research you get a bigger picture with ADHD is and what it's not.
