Magneto ult is a counter ult. It absorbs all projectilces when being cast and deals more damage after absorbing projectiles. You can definitely use it to counter punisher and starlord ultimate, maybe spiderman too?
All team-ups should be almost like a micro ultimate, where they interact with one another to do something cool, rather than gaining access to a random passive ability etc. Rocket and Groot is a perfect example. It would make the game feel cooler for synergising with your team-mates by both actioning something together rather than it passivley happening etc.
magik is colossus’ sister, she’s one of the original members of the younger x-men group the ‘new mutants’. she’s basically a mutant with the ability to create stepping disks that teleport her briefly to her own dimension of limbo then back again. she’s the sorcerer supreme of limbo much like how strange is the sorcerer supreme of earth. the reason she can only team up with black panther for her portals has something to do with them being royalty i guess. she’s the queen of limbo and he’s the king of wakanda in the game’s lore.
imo her portal disks should only work for x-men or x-men adjacent characters since it’s too good of an ability to waste for one character… the upcoming leaks tho states that wolverine and psylocke can use it i wish they’d extend that to magneto as well.
