Isn’t it ironic that Godzilla and Kongs original fight ended when the two crashed into the ocean? Now, almost 60 years later, the first fight between these two takes place underwater. It’s like time never passed.

According to Yahoo, filming will begin in Australia and Hawaii later this year for the sequel to Godzilla vs. Kong.
They wrote:
Call it The Rumble Down Under 2: The sequel to “Godzilla vs. Kong” will begin shooting later this year in eastern Australia, according to local film authority Screen Queensland.
Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures’ 2021 global blockbuster “Godzilla vs. Kong” shot both in Hawaii and in and around the Queensland city of Brisbane. The sequel will return to Australia’s eastern coastal region, bringing with it more than 500 local crew jobs and roles for some 750 extras, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said.
The mega-monsters’ return to locations across the Gold Coast is expected to deliver nearly $80 million in economic boost. That estimate is more than twice what 2021’s “Godzilla vs. Kong” brought to the local economy.

I mean in reality the fight wouldn't actually be close, regardless of how the battles are handled. It's not supposed to be an insult, but if you actually go in depth about the characters people would see just how superior Godzilla truly is as a being. Even if they make Kong win in a rematch, reality is reality.

They were closer to the hollow earth entrance at that point. I don’t think they could’ve flown Kong ALL the way from Skull Island to Antarctica.

The US Navy probably upgraded their destroyers with more cannons to be able to combat Godzilla if he ever turned aggressive. Safe to say it doesn't seem to be effective as they lost three destroyers, more than likely with all hands, in just this one scene, as well as an aircraft carrier.

yeah I liked the whole ambient and mystery that the 2014 movie set up, I feel that these last two films could have done more in that aspect.

When Ghidorah arrived on Earth, he quickly established himself as a rival alpha to Godzilla. I went into this Team Goji but I i gotta admit, they did Kong extremely well in this movie. This was a must see in theaters.
