I was reading comments on this video, I totally agree that a detox from technology and social media is necessary. I usually only use TH-cam to relax and learn things, Facebook to shop and Whatsapp for very important things. Not many more applications, I'm glad to meet people who think the same. 😊 Thanks for sharing in English!
