Great video, 600 reps will eventually train the hitter to keep their head down!

This drill gives me the feel of keeping my head behind the ball
    In my golf swing

    Michael,
My son can keep his head still and on the ball while it's on the tee. It's when we go to live pitching that he can't keep his head down on the ball. I'm afraid he could "fake" his way through this drill then regress when we go back to live pitching.

+Tony Saiz Hey Tony, thanks for the comment. I would highly suggest to check out the new video we just put out here:
      th-cam.com/video/lH4udG9zzhw/w-d-xo.html
It's a new video on head fixes, and the drill in it is amazing for controlling the head. The drill in the video is done on the tee, however it can also be applied to front toss and batting practice as well.
Let me know if you have any questions and/or how it goes! ~Michael Pro Speed Baseball

Hey so i really need help in going up in high school next year and for the past 3 or 4 years i have either struck out or got walked when i went up to bat but in my 11u and 12u year i hit 7 homeruns only in the one year playing after that ive been striking out...When i go up to bat and the ball is right down the pipe but i dont swing cause it feels like a outside pitch and when i do swing in either too early or its popping up please help.

+Ocn Beatbox Hey Ocn Beatbox, thanks for the comment. Sorry to hear you're struggling at the plate.
From your comment, it sounds like you're a good athlete that has fallen victim of needing some mechanics to go along with your athleticism.
This is fairly typical in the 11-12 year old range, where being an athlete is enough to play well. Yet, when pitching gets faster and better, mechanics play a big role.
Without physically seeing you swing or hit in a game, it would be tough to tell you exactly what's going on. I would suggest checking out our training programs at ProSpeedBaseball.com.
We have two very cool programs: 1. A step-by-step system to take you through the most important aspects of the swing, including drills to work on them and 2. A one-on-one video analysis program where you can work directly with an instructor.
If those are not possibilities, I would suggest studying the videos on the PSB TH-cam channel and get a really good idea of the mechanics of the swing.
If you have any questions, just let us know! ~Michael Pro Speed Baseball

i have a question the only problem i have is i feel like me keeping my head down leads me to not being able to see the ball and hitting it thats why i pull it which i dont know how it helps but i feel like if i try keeping my head down i cant because i cant see the ball

You have your face pointing to much toward the plate. Imagine a trash can directly in front of the plate and picture yourself making contact with the ball before it hits the can.
