I found it quiete interesting to watch your day, because it gives me a hint of what my scedule could look like, if I'm not living in a small appartment with roommates, but in a little house with my boyfriend maybe. I don't now, but I feel I would get better to manage myself immediately, when I don't have to deal with noisy people anymore. Your day looked so productive, but also chill in a really good way. That is, what I want to achieve, if I get my own buisness someday. So thanks a lot :)

ahaha my cat always ends up on camera as well, I think he likes the "spotlight" a lot more than me 😂 btw, I truly love the way you edit your videos, they really make someone want to watch until the end.

Snowpiercer is such a good TV show! Very tense all of the time, I loved it! Also I will wear PJ's whenever I fancy. I love getting in them early and watching a film, it feels like a treat (I think this means I'm old now or something lol)

Minnie, I can't tell you how helpful this was to see! I am a recent full time artist. I've been having imposter syndrome about the amount of work I was doing in a day, because you see a lot of day in the life type videos with artists working themselves to the bone until 3 am, which is great if it works for them, but I definitely like a more structured work day. So to see that your schedule is similar to mine (right down to my husband also working evenings), makes me feel sooo relieved and happy! Thank you so much for sharing this 💕
I love this behind the scenes blog! So fun to watch. Makes me think about my typical day as an artist too. Just got some laundry in and some tidying after painting in the morning. Then there's watching my two kiddos and lunch later. Maybe I should do a vlog like this too haha

This was great and very helpful as an artist and someone who is wanting more of a work for yourself lifestyle. I work for my parents currently and I love the flexibility and the “feel” of working for yourself, but one day I’d like to just go it alone on my own :)

This was such a great chill video! As someone who's trying to make art my full time gig, it was really nice to see how you realistically structure your day without any like hustle culture themes. Sustainable workflows are super important, and it's nice to see someone creating that kind of content.

@Minnie Small I see you hanging your clothes to dry and all I can say is: I can't recommend a condensation dryer enough! It isn't like one of those with the tube that you had to put out of the window. For me it's a life-saver and it avoids mold growing (we had this problem before because the clothes always left the house super damp) just my two cents :p

do you (or anyone else) have tips for art supply storage when you have a cat?? I like for mine to be out/visible or I will forget it exists (literally bought a second set of paint markers when I had the exact same set in a drawer at home). but if I have pens/brushes out and not covered, my cat will assume they're toys. I currently have the ikea alex 6-drawer unit & a 3-tier rolling cart to work with.

We have a fig tree....they are something like plum and kiwi and strawberry....I love to eat them fresh off the tree but they are good for making jam as well

Where did you learn to film videos like you do? I know there are so many courses but I can't seem to find the right one for filming like this for creatives.. If you made a course on how to film as a creative I would totally buy it! Going to have binge from the start of your videos now as I have a lot of very large commissions to work on :D x

I would suggest watching behind her eyes on Netflix.
Were those neon pencils you were using, if so.what brand were they?
The coloured pencils she was using are Faber-castell Polychromos. If you live in Europe, they are an excellent brand, very high quality for the price. (If you live in the US, I believe the price is a bit crazily inflated. So not such great value.) I haven't seen any properly neon Polychromos, but they do have some light, bright colours like the ones she was using.
Could you tell us where you got that wire rack to hang wet laundry?

Oh... I had Hello Fresh for almost one year here in Germany but it all went south! They sent several boxes that were damaged. Completely ruined and the last one I did not accept at all. I talked to the customer service and they said I HAD to accept the box anyway (which was again completely ruined and with duct tape all over) and only then they would give me a refund (as a voucher, not actually my money back). So they HAVE NOT sent me my money back, they haven't sent me a new box with food that I could be absolutely sure was fresh and in edible conditions and hadn't been tampered with. Be careful... I ended up with no money, no food for that week and their complete refusal to help me out. Very bad company in the end...
