Do you even understand how quickly I clicked the video. This is so healing and uplifting even as you describe challenge. You genuinely inspire, not only art wise, but also in mindset, approach and keeping a calm but efficient rhythm. Love, just love.

I'm about to "celebrate" 10 years since I started working for myself full time, and the start of this year has been quite similar to yours; Trying to set better routines, trying to go for a blinking walk before the sun goes down! Tonight, I'm going to try and set a more specific schedule for tomorrow as a start of respecting work, creative work and home time by dividing them more clearly. Here's to putting real clothes on and getting some vitamin D every day!

Thanks so much for sharing your anxieties about going outside. I have a similar issue - sometimes can be weeks before I leave the house. I know I should but somehow I talk myself out of it - weather’s too cold or I can do without bread for another week 😂. You’ve inspired me to try. 🙏🙂

I love your approach to how you scheduled your non-work time in the morning. I typically work later in the day so I have a lot of time (4ish hours) in the morning to myself. When I first started my job, I had a mourning schedule like the one you tried, but I've gotten away from it. You've inspired me to get back to that!

I love seeing you experiment with figuring out your ideal day! I have been trying different productivity methods/systems. I found a video called the block schedule system by Jordan Page here on TH-cam. It is where you schedule tasks into different blocks of time like 2- 3 hours but a block could be more hours according to your schedule. I will probably try this method. My goals are also walking more and spending more time in nature. Like your idea of no tech in morning, for example no tech till 10 or 11

As an insomniac, it’s really difficult for me to get out of bed early in the morning on the days when I don’t have school, but that would be really useful. I wish I could try that, but I sleep really horribly during the week, feeling really anxious because of the alarm. But that’s something I plan on working on with my therapist.
And your video is really motivating ! Plus it has such a calm vibe about it, like always. Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us ! Wish you an amazing week 💚

I literally tried creating a routine for myself like two weeks ago. I planned out my time in google calendar and honestly, get used to often changing your schedule at the begining. It takes time to built a habit of sticking with a routine, so allow yourself to be a little flexible and don't be afraid to change something if it turns out it doesn't work for you as well as you had hoped. I'm still testing mine, I think this 'trial run' will last another two weeks at least. But good luck!

Your structured plan gave me an idea on how to achieve this. Maybe you felt like you had less time because you had the majority of your day blocked out before the day even started? Maybe before you allowed yourself the freedom to get up whenever you wanted to, so with that you felt like you had more time. Just a guess
